Shift system is a work system implemented to meet production or service needs.Shift is a commonly used work system in nursing professions.Although it can reduce the work burden and ensure the efficiency of nursing services, the continuous changes of day and night shifts can easily disrupt the individual’s biological rhythms, cause circadian rhythm disorders, and cause nursing staff to lack sleep and cause body fatigue. For the fatigue monitoring and evaluation of workers in the shift production industry, most previous studies used subjective questionnaire surveys, objective indicator monitoring, clinical examinations and other methods, but these methods have certain limitations. For example, the subjective evaluation data collected by questionnaire survey methods such as the Workload Scale(TLX),Fatigue Self-Rating Scale(FSAS),and Fatigue Scale-14(FS-14)are difficult to accurately compare and analyze horizontally.Commonly used work efficiency indicators, such as the response to completing tasks, have higher requirements for participants’ cooperation, and may also cause work interference.Behavioral indicators such as language communication, action expressions, etc.have large individual differences, and they are also easily disturbed by the environment.Physiological indicators for fatigue evaluation include brain electrical signals, eye electrical signals, and brain tissue oxygen saturation.Among them, oxygen saturation is an important parameter of vital signs.Human fatigue is closely related to the supply of oxygen in cell metabolism.Monitoring the oxygenation of human tissues under fatigue can evaluate the fatigue status of the body.In recent years, the newly developed functional near-infrared spectroscopy blood The oxygen non-destructive testing technology(f NIRS)provides a detection method for the oxygenation status of human tissues, which can reflect advanced cognitive activities, and can measure muscle oxygen content. To a certain extent,it realizes integrated monitoring of the body and brain, but the specificity of physiological indicators The response is not clear enough.Using multiple indicators to detect fatigue at the same time can evaluate the fatigue state objectively and accurately. The first study took insomnia nurses as the research object, compared the fatigue levels before and after get off work, using the FS-14 scale assessment, cognitive ability test and changes in brain tissue oxygen saturation as dependent variables, from subjective evaluation results and objective physiological indicators. From this point of view, the changes in fatigue indicators produced by shifts are discussed. The results show that the FS-14 questionnaire can effectively reflect the fatigue degree of the subjects;the brain tissue oxygen saturation, reaction ability and predictive judgment ability are negatively correlated with the fatigue degree. In terms of intervention methods for insomnia, drug therapy is currently the most widely used method for the treatment of insomnia.Stabilizing sedatives are mostly used.Long-term use may cause forgetfulness and addiction.Traditional Chinese medicine advocates non-drug treatment.Although non-drug treatment has a slower onset,it has basically no side effects and addiction. The long-term effect is better. The treatment methods mainly include electroacupuncture, acupuncture, massage, and ear pressing.Electroacupuncture is the product of the combination of traditional acupuncture therapy and modern technology. It can adjust the body of patients with insomnia as a whole. It can not only stimulate the excitability of body functions, improve resistance, but also has a calming and analgesic effect. In this study, electroacupuncture was used to intervene and treat sleep disorders caused by shifts and observe its effect on fatigue. The second study used electroacupuncture for insomnia nurses.Sleep quality and changes in fatigue detection indicators were used as dependent variables to investigate the effect of electroacupuncture on fatigue. The results show that electroacupuncture can relieve fatigue to a certain extent and improve sleep quality. This study not only tested the fatigue monitoring method in the shift system environment, but also tested the effectiveness of electroacupuncture on the fatigue intervention of shift workers. The research results show that the comprehensive evaluation method can more accurately evaluate the individual’s fatigue status, and it also provides an empirical basis for the intervention of individual fatigue under the shift system.
