Objective: To explore the correlation between elastic ultrasound imaging score and tumor markers, molecular markers and ultrasonic signs in breast cancer patients,so as to better understand the relationship between elastic technology and tumor markers, molecular markers and ultrasonic signs, and to provide more patients with reference information. Methods: The clinical data of 257 patients diagnosed with breast cancer in Shenzhen Hospital of Peking University from December 2019 to February 2021 were retrospectively collected.Elastic ultrasound imaging results before breast cancer surgery and neoadjuvant therapy, serum tumor markers(CEA,CA125,CA153,CA199)and pathological immunohistochemical results were collected from all patients before breast cancer surgery and neoadjuvant therapy, respectively. The correlation between elastic ultrasound scores and tumor markers, molecular markers and ultrasonic signs was studied, and the chi-square test was used for statistical analysis. Results: A total of 257 women with pathologically confirmed invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast were included in this study.Elastic ultrasonography score of patients was 1 in 0 cases(0%),2 in 20 cases(7.7%),3 in 107 cases(41.6%),4 in 121 cases(47.2%),5 in 9 cases(3.5%),and CA125 positive in 15 cases.242 cases were negative.Tumor marker CA153 was positive in 10 cases and negative in 247 cases.Tumor marker CA199 was positive in 7 cases and negative in 250 cases.Tumor marker CEA was positive in 18 cases and negative in 239 cases. There were 194 cases of ER positive and 63 cases of ER negative. There were 188 cases of positive PR and 69 cases of negative PR.A total of 67 patients were positive for HER-2 and 190 patients were negative. There was no significant difference between CA125,CA153,HER-2 expression and elastography score(P>0.05).The positive expressions of CEA,CA199,ER and PR in patients with high resiliency score were higher than those in patients with low resiliency score, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the elastography scores of different breast masses in morphology, margin, posterior echo, calcification and axillary lymph node malignant signs(P<0.05).Conclusion: The ultrasound elasticity score of breast cancer patients has a certain correlation with the expression of CEA,CA199,ER and PR,and has a certain correlation with the tumor shape, margin, posterior echo, calcification and axillary lymph node malignant signs.Elastic ultrasound imaging can provide reference value for the treatment, prognosis evaluation and breast mass status evaluation of breast cancer patients to a certain extent.
