Objective: To investigate the safety and clinical effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in open-door decompression of cervical spinal canal without fracture and dislocation injury. Methods: selected during June 2018-July 2020 for type cervical cord injury without fracture dislocation in cangzhou city central hospital cervical posterior single door of 58 cases of hospitalized patients with spinal canal decompression, depending on the perioperative treatment,58 patients were divided into ERAS group and the control group,ERAS group of rapid rehabilitation surgical treatment method, the control group with traditional perioperative management method, comparing two groups of patients with operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative pain score(VAS score),patients with postoperative patients JOA score, patients with postoperative complications, the length of time, two groups of patients in hospital cost. Results: A total of 30 patients in the ERAS group and 28 patients in the control group were followed up for 6-24 months, with an average of(15±5.6)months.There were no significant differences in gender, age, operation time, preoperative JOA score and spinal injury grade(ASIA)score between the two groups(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in intraoperative blood loss,VAS score 1,2,3and 7 days after surgery,JOA score 1,3and 6months after surgery, length of hospital stay and hospitalization cost between 2 groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in operation time,VAS score on the 7th day after surgery and JOA score on the6 th month after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: this study shows that,in the open type cervical cord injury without fracture dislocation single vertebral canal decompression perioperative management, the application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery, patients can reduce postoperative pain, patients’ recovery, reduce the length of hospital stay, reduce hospitalization expenses, improve patient satisfaction in hospital, and did not improve hospital complications and risk of hospitalization.
