| Service quality is the core of service management.It is the key for contemporary enterprises to succeed in fierce market competition.The words,Customers are the God,and customer first are the core values and the key to enterprise evergreen.However,how to continuously improve service quality,especially the primary maternal and child health care hospital in medical industry,still exists this huge research blank.In order to further summarize the current situation,developme nt trends,existing problems and research directions that need to be further carried out and strengthened in China,increase the effective cases on service quality research in primary maternal and child health care hospitals,and meet the gap of service quality evaluation in the field of maternal and child health care research at the basic level,this paper selects the R district maternal and child health care hospital as the research object,based on the SERQUAL model and combining the maternal and child health care service quality system,designs a questionnaire of evaluat io n about maternal and child health care service quality,and carries out research and analysis on the R district maternal and child health care hospital.Finally,according to the analysis results,the suggestions for improvement are put forward,and provides reference for the improvement of service quality of local maternal and child health care hospitals.Finally,according to the results of statistical analysis and the actual situation of MCH hospital,the improvement suggestions and optimization strategies are put forward in order to help MCH hospital in R district to narrow the service quality gap of patient perception,improve satisfaction and competitive strength,lead the competition with other maternity hospitals in the region,and provide reference for the improvement of service quality of MCH hospital. |
