Study On Cost Control Of Medical Materials Based On Value Chain Analysis

For a long time,medical materials are essential medical resources for hospitals to carry out all kinds of treatment work,so it has been a major expenditure in hospital operating costs.In recent years,as China’s new health care reform has gradually entered the deep water area,the government has strengthened the control of medical expenditure and reduced the burden of medical expenses of residents.At the same time,it has also brought great challenges to the cost control of all public hospitals.The implementation of relevant health care reform policies such as "zero bonus of drugs" and "medical service price adjustment" has brought great impact on the operation and management activities of major public hospitals There was a big impact.In addition,at present,most of the medical materials used in public hospitals in China have cancelled the separate charge,and the separate charge of medical materials has also been strictly controlled under the guidance of relevant policies.However,the increase of the proportion of total expenditure on medical materials still does not show a significant downward trend.Therefore,this paper chooses x hospital as the research object,because x hospital is a third class a maternal and child health care hospital with certain representativeness,and the operating cost of X hospital has been high in recent years,in order to the future long-term development,the hospital must pay attention to the cost control of medical materials.First of all,based on the actual situation of health material cost control in X hospital,combined with the relevant policy recommendations of the current domestic new health care reform,this study comprehensively used case study method,literature data method and field research to conduct a comprehensive study on the case hospital,analyzed the current situation of management and health material cost control,and pointed out the necessity of implementing value chain cost control Finally,it points out in detail the problems in the cost control of medical materials in X hospital,including: the imperfect procurement process of medical materials,the lack of supervision system in clinical use,the large occupation of medical materials inventory funds,the lack of effective inventory management system,and the lack of supply chain management Based on this,this paper puts forward the cost control optimization path of medical materials;finally,according to the cost control optimization path of medical materials,combined with the specific situation of X hospital,this paper expounds in detail how to implement the cost control of medical materials value chain in the hospital,hoping to provide useful reference for X hospital to optimize the cost control of medical materials reference resources.
