Research On Tong Anrong’s Medication Rule And Clinical Experience In The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

Objective This study uses data mining methods to analyze and summarize the prescription of Tong Anrong’s treatment of chronic renal failure through the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(TCMISS),and research and excavate the rules of clinical prescription and academic thinking.Provide clinicians with medication experience and ideas for the treatment of chronic renal failure,and better inherit the academic ideas of tutor Tong Anrong.Methods Through retrospective research,this study collected 175 patients with chronic renal failure who were personally diagnosed and treated by tutor Tong Anrong at the expert clinic of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Ningxia Autonomous Region from November 2018 to November 2020,with a total of 424 prescriptions.Through the development of inclusion and exclusion criteria,qualified cases of chronic renal failure patients were screened out,and the case information was entered into an Excel table and imported into the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform.Use the software "statistical analysis" module to analyze the general information,syndrome types,four qi,five flavors,and meridians of the medical record.Through the "Prescription Analysis" section of the software,the core combination of high-frequency drugs,drug association rules,and cluster analysis are counted,and the rules and prescription characteristics of the tutor Tong Anrong’s treatment of chronic renal failure are totaled.Results According to the analysis of 424 prescriptions of 175 patients,the instructor is treating chronic renal failure syndromes.In clinical practice,spleen and kidney qi deficiency and damp-heat stasis syndrome accounted for the highest proportion,accounting for 46.7%.Through the statistical analysis of the four qi,five flavors,and return channels,it can be seen that the four qi commonly used by the instructor in the treatment of chronic renal failure is mainly mild,cold,and flat drugs,accompanied by cold and hot drugs,and the five flavors are sweet and pungent.,Bitter taste is the main,the main meridian is the spleen,lung,liver,stomach,and kidney meridian,involving a total of 139 traditional Chinese medicines,and the top 15 high-frequency drugs are Bupleurum,Poria,Astragalus,Citrus aurantium,Turmeric,Stiff silkworm,scutellaria,cicada slough,amomum,pinellia,yam,dogwood,rehmannia glutinosa,tangerine peel,codonopsis.From the platform clustering analysis,6 core combinations are obtained:(1)Bupleurum,Astragalus,Poria,Codonopsis,Cicada,Stiff silkworm,Turmeric,Yam,Rehmannia,Dogwood;(2)Pinellia,Poria,Bupleurum,Tangerine Peel,Astragalus,Chinese yam,Cornus,Scutellaria;(3)White peony,Atractylodes,Bupleurum,Astragalus,Codonopsis,Citrus aurantium,Cicada slough,Stiff silkworm,Turmeric,Scutellaria;(4)Bupleurum,Poria,Citrus aurantium,Astragalus,Sand Ren,yam,cicada slough,rigid silkworm,turmeric,white peony root;(5)Pinellia,Atractylodes,Bupleurum,Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Poria cocos,Cyperus rot,cicada slough,rigid silkworm,turmeric,Amomum villosum;(6)Bupleurum,Astragalus,Cicada slough,rigid silkworm,turmeric,Poria,Amomum villosum,Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Atractylodes macrocephala,Citrus aurantium.Conclusion(1)In the treatment of CRF,the tutor often uses sweet,pungent,and bitter drugs into the spleen,kidney,and liver meridian.Commonly used drugs such as Bupleurum,Poria,Astragalus,etc.,are clinically common with syndromes of spleen and kidney qi deficiency,damp-heat stasis.(2)The instructor believes that the pathogenesis of chronic renal failure belongs to the deficiency of the original body,the deficiency of the spleen and the kidney,and the damp-heat,blood stasis,and turbid phlegm.Features,good use of traditional prescriptions,by paying attention to regulating the spleen and stomach,focusing on soothing the liver,regulating the ups and downs of the visceral qi machine,thereby treating chronic renal failure.
