Objective To investigate the risk factors, clinical features, treatment and complications of neonatal acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)by retrospective analysis of clinical data of 57 cases of neonatal ARDS,so as to improve the early identification, prevention and intervention of neonatal ARDS and reduce the mortality and complications. And provides new ideas for future prospective multicenter research.Method According to the Montreux criteria for neonatal ARDS,the clinical data of 57 ARDS neonates from January 2018 to January 2021 were collected and analyzed, including general factors, clinical features, treatment and complic ations.Result 1.Gestational age, birth weight, prenatal non-use of glucocorticoids, cesarean section, male, intrauterine infection, birth asphyxia,sepsis,SNAPPE-II score, premature rupture of membranes, maternal upper respiratory tract infection, maternal anemia, gestational diabetes mellitus, meconium aspiration, gestational hypertension, placenta previa, chorioamnionitis may be the factors of ARDS,and Logistic regression analysis showed that gestational age, birth weight,SNAPPE-II score, premature rupture of membranes, intrauterine infection were associated with ARDS.2.Compared with NRDS,Lac,Fi O 2 and MAP were increased in ARDS(P<0.05),while Pa O2 and Sp O2 were decreased(P<0.05).3.The proportion of severe ARDS was higher than NRDS,and the in vasive ventilation rate of severe ARDS was significantly higher than NRDS(P<0.05).4.The common complications of neonatal ARDS were pulmonary hypertension, intracranial hemorrhage and pulmonary hemorrhage, the incidence of complications was significantly higher than NRDS(P<0.05),and the mortality was higher. Conclusion 1.Gestational age, birth weight,SNAPPE-II score, premature rupture of membranes and intrauterine infection are the factors of ARDS.2.The common complications of neonatal ARDS are pulm onary hypertension, intracranial hemorrhage and pulmonary hemorrhage, the incidence of complications is higher than NRDS,and the mortality is higher.3.The severity of ARDS is mainly severe, and the invasive ventilation rate of severe ARDS is significantly higher than NRDS.
