Clinical Effect Observation Of Huaijiao Mixture On Hemorrhoid Bleeding Of Wind-wound Intestinal Collusion Syndrome

Objective To observe the improvement of the symptoms and signs such as bleeding,pain,prolapse,pruritus,mucous membrane,hemorrhoids size,stool and tongue vein in patients with wind-wound hemorrhoid hemorrhage,and preliminary explore the clinical treatment effect and clinical medication safety of Huaijiao mixture.Method A total of 70 patients with hemorrhoid disease who were admitted to Yinchuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine anorectal department from December 2019 to December 2020 and met the inclusion criteria were selected.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of randomization strictly in accordance with the time sequence of patients’ visits,with 35 patients in each group and simple randomization method.The treatment group took Huaijiao mixture orally,100 ml each time,2 times a day.The control group was given Zhining tablet orally,3 tablets each time,3 times a day,and both groups were treated for a course of 1 week.After the end of the experiment,the changes of symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed and compared.By analyzing the integral changes of symptoms and signs,the clinical treatment effect and clinical medication safety of Huaijiao Mixture were evaluated.SPSS26.0 was used for statistical analysis of all data during the experiment.Result 1.Before the treatment in this clinical study,the equilibria of general data were comparable(P>0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the total clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,indicating that the treatment group had better therapeutic effect on patients with hemorrhoid disease than the control group.2.Comparison of scores of major symptoms after treatment:in terms of bleeding,scores of both groups decreased,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the treatment of hemorrhoid bleeding.In terms of pain and itching,the scores of both groups decreased after treatment,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group and the control group were similar.In terms of hemorrhoid prolapse,the scores of the two groups were significantly changed,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant efficacy in the two groups.3.Comparison of secondary symptom scores after treatment: in terms of fecal quality improvement,scores of both groups decreased,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of fecal quality improvement.In terms of tongue pulse,the scores of both groups decreased,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment group and the control group had similar efficacy in improving tongue pulse.4.Comparison of sign scores after treatment:in terms of mucosal repair,scores of both groups decreased,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the repair of hemorrhoids mucosal.In terms of hemorrhoids size,the scores of the two groups were significantly changed,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant efficacy in the two groups.5.No adverse reactions occurred before and after treatment in two groups.Conclusion Huaijiao mixture can significantly improve the bleeding of patients with hemorrhoid hemorrhage and repair the mucous membrane of bleeding site.It also has obvious effect on the improvement of fecal quality,pain,pruritus,tongue pulse and other symptoms,but has no obvious improvement on the degree of hemorrhoids prolapse and the size of hemorrhoids.No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment,indicating that Huaijiao Mixture is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with hemorrhoid hemorrhage of wind-damaged intestinal collusion syndrome.
