Objective:This study investigated the health examination information of workers in an aircraft manufacturing enterprise.Firstly, the situation of hypertension and blood pressure level of the workers in the aircraft manufacturing enterprise were analyzed.Secondly, the effects of productive noise on hypertension and blood pressure of workers were discussed. Finally, the influence of different factors on the blood pressure of workers was explored.A scientific basis was provided for the prevention and control of the effects of productive noise on the cardiovascular diseases of the workers in this enterprise. Methods:The physical examination data of productive noise exposers in 2015 in a factory of the aircraft manufacturing enterprise were collected by cluster sampling method. The physical examination data of non-noise exposers in the same factory were collected as the control group. The comparison of all rates and constituent ratios was carried out by Chi-square test.If not,Fisher exact probability test was used.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influence of different factors on blood pressure of workers in aircraft manufacturing enterprises. The factors with statistical significance were included in BP neural network model for analysis. The impact of productive noise was further analyzed, and the prediction model of blood pressure level of productive noise exposer in aircraft manufacturing enterprises was established.Results:1.The detection rate of hypertension in the productive noise exposed group(LEX,8h:77.3-85.3dB(A))was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.511,P=0.002).2.Univariate logistic regression analysis showed that productive noise exposure was a risk factor for hypertension, systolic hypertension and diastolic hypertension among workers in the aircraft manufacturing enterprise(P高=0.002,OR高=1.512;P收高=0.001,OR收高=1.575;P舒高=0.005,OR舒高=1.515).3.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that productive noise exposure could not be considered as a risk factor for hypertension, systolic hypertension and diastolic hypertension among workers in the aircraft manufacturing enterprise(P>0.05).4.The detection rate of prehypertension in the productive noise exposed group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.056,P=0.003).5.Logistic regression analysis showed that productive noise exposure was the risk factor for the increase of prehypertension(P=0.048,OR=1.405),but it could not be considered as the risk factor of high-normal systolic and diastolic blood pressure(P>0.05).6.In the BP neural network model, the productive noise was the third factor affecting the normal blood pressure level of workers.Conclusion:1.The detection rate of hypertension in the productive noise exposed group(LEX,8h:77.3-85.3dB(A))was higher than that in control group.2.Productive noise was a risk factor for the increase of prehypertension in exposed workers.3.The productive noise was the third risk factor of prehypertension of workers based on the BP neural network model. |
