Objective : To explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopic endometrial resection on abnormal uterine bleeding and analysis of factors affecting prognosis.Method:A total of 126 patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial resection for abnormal uterine bleeding were collected from January 2016 to December 2019 in China Medical University Obstetrics and Gynecology Department, including 54 cases of simple endometrial hyperplasia and 52 cases of endometrial polyps,20 cases of endometrial complex hyperplasia Follow-up for 1-2 years after surgery, and analyze its clinical efficacy and the effects of diabetes, age, endometrial thickness,BMI,combined with adenomyosis or adenomyoma, type and size of combined uterine leiomyoma, history of uterine cavity operation, scar uterus and the type of disease on the prognosis. Results:The total effective rate of menstrual improvement after operation was 56.3%.Univariate analysis showed that diabetes,BMI,adenomyosis or adenomyoma, endometrial complex hyperplasia were the main influential factor for the prognosis of endometrial resection for abnormal uterine bleeding(P<0.05).However,age,intima thickness, scar uterus history, uterine cavity operation history, hypertension, size and type of uterine fibroids were not related to postoperative recurrence of TCRE,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that patients with hypertension, diabetes, obesity, combined with adenomyosis or adenomyoma and endometrial complex hyperplasia are independent factors in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding with endometrial resection, and patients with these comorbidities are at greater risk of postoperative recurrence. Conclusion:Hysteroscopic resection of endometrium is effective in treating abnormal uterine bleeding, but patients with comorbidities such as diabetes or combined with adenomyosis or adenomyoma, endometrial complex hyperplasia and obese patients have a higher risk of recurrence after this operation. Therefore, need to choose carefully.
