Objective: Chronic sinusitis in children is a relatively common clinical disease with complex etiology.Due to the particularity of the anatomical structure of the cavity and the incomplete development of the sinuses in children, there are many differences in the surgical treatment of chronic sinusitis in children and adults.Adenoidectomy is often cited as the invalid conservative treatment of surgical treatment of choice for chronic sinusitis in children, but if postoperative clinical curative effect, and can be hung functional endoscopic sinus(FESS)further treatment,FESS to remove sinuses around the mouth part of the bone, however,is likely to influence the development of children with facial bones and sinuses,so use the operation treatment of chronic sinusitis in children has certain drawbacks. In recent years, the degradation of the sinus stents combined application of balloon dilatation is regarded as a can effectively prevent postoperative adhesion and the recurrence and dealing with postoperative treatment difficult new treatments, this article will, through its adverse reactions occurred in the process of clinical application of observation,to explore stents in the conservative treatment of chronic sinusitis in children’s application and popularization value. Methods: A total of 84 children with otolaryngology and head and neck surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were selected, and they were divided into observation groups of 42 patients who underwent simultaneous adenoidectomy and drug stent combined with balloon catheter dilatation according to different surgical methods.Children and 42 children in the control group undergoing adenoidectomy and balloon catheterization, aged 3-14 years, and both groups were treated with antibiotics, nasal glucocorticoids, and mucus to promote excretion And nasal cavity flushing for more than 12 weeks, followed up 2 months after the operation and recorded the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups of children, using statistical principles and methods to sort out the incidence of adverse reactions, and compare whether the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups of children has a difference. Results: 1.The mean age of patients in the observation group and the control group was P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.2.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was 7.14% and 4.76%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: In view of the current research status of chronic sinusitis in children with poor drug efficacy, the implantation of fully degradable sinus drug stent combined with sinus balloon catheter dilatation provides a new treatment idea, which is less traumatic, less bleeding, and independent Due to patient compliance, there are few adverse reactions, and it has certain clinical promotion value.
