Objective:The aim is to investigate if monocyte to high density lipoprotein ratio(MHR)and global acute coronary event registry score(GRACE)and clinical trial risk score(TIMI)in patients with non ST elevation acute coronary syndrome(NSTE-ACS)have any correlation. Methods:A total of 181 patients with non ST elevation acute coronary syndrome(NSTE-ACS)who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from January 2019 to October 2020 and underwent coronary angiography(CAG)due to chest pain were selected.Dividing them into GRACE score low-risk group(43 cases),medium risk group(74 cases)and high-risk group(64 cases).Comparing the general basic information and laboratory examination indexes with each other, which including WBC 、NEUT 、 MONO 、LYMC、PLT、RBC、HGB、RDW、PDW、HDL、LDL、TG、TC、CKMB、HCY、CYSC、UA、SCR、GLU、BNP etc.And then analyze if MHR and GRACE score have any correlation,as for this step,we could use Spearman skill.Multivariate logistic regression was used for as to analyze the GRACE score’s dangerous factor.According to the results of CAG,The objects were divided into TIMI low-risk group(50 cases),medium risk group(88 cases)and high-risk group(43 cases). We also compare the same indexes as we used just now between the three new groups. And we also compare if MHR have any link with TIMI score.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation between MHR and the high-risk factors of TIMI score. As the asking results show, dividing them into mace group and non mace group.Comparing diverse informations of the various groups.Comparing if MHR and the high-risk factors of TIMI score have any correlation. The ROC curve was used to draw the MHR,GRACE and TIMI scores to estimate the predictive value of mace events respectively and jointly.Choose IBM SPSS 22.0 to statistic the analysis of the data. When p < 0.05 we could think the difference has statistically significant.Results:1.The MHR level of NSTE-ACS patients in the grace score high-risk group was higher than that of the other two groups, and there was significant difference.(P<0.05).Spearman analysis displayed that there was an active interrelation between MHR and GRACE mark(r=0.889,P<0.05).High MHR standard was an forecast of GRACE score, which is stand alone of other things.2.The results of MHR level in the high-risk group of TIMI score were significantly different from those in the other two groups.MHR level was positively correlated with TIMI score,as Spearman analysis showed(r=0.619,P<0.05).What multivariate logistic regression analysis showed is that high MHR level was an independent predictor of TIMI high risk score.3.There were significant differences in MHR level,GRACE score and TIMI score between mace group and non mace group(P<0.05).As for whether happen mace event or not,MHR was an risk factor which do not need to depend on any other things,as Binary logistic regression showed. And the combined prediction value of MHR,grace and TIMI score was higher in NSTE-ACS patients. Conclusions: High MHR level is significantly connected with the risk stratification of GRACE score and TIMI score in patients with NSTE-ACS.It’s an independent risk factor of GRACE score and TIMI score, which is helpful to judge the risk stratification and short-term prognosis of patients with NSTE-ACS.
