Objective:Through follow-up of patients with hemorrhagic stroke after discharge, based on TCM syndrome elements, clinical manifestations and other related factors, predict and evaluate the risk of hemorrhagic stroke recurrence, and provide certain clinical theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of hemorrhagic stroke recurrence. Methods:This study adopts a retrospective cohort study method.Through telephone follow-up and statistical data analysis, the cases of patients admitted to the hospital due to hemorrhagic stroke were screened, and clinical case information was collected(including demographic data, clinical indicators, and TCM syndromes).Factors,etc.),the cases that meet this study are included in the case questionnaire, and the end-point events(including recurrence of stroke and death due to recurrence)are recorded by telephone follow-up.According to whether the patients had a stroke recurrence within 2 years after the first onset, they were divided into the initial group and the relapse group. For patients in the first-onset group, follow up by telephone within 2 years after the onset of the disease. If they relapse within 2years,they will be classified as the recurrence group.By comparing the relative influencing factors between the initial and recurring patients, the risk factors of hemorrhagic stroke recurrence were explored, and the corresponding risk prediction of stroke recurrence was made. Results:A total of 653 cases of hemorrhagic stroke patients who were discharged after treatment were collected in this study.Among them,438 cases were collected according to the influencing factors of this study,10 cases died, and 22 cases fell out.Telephone follow-up was completed. There are a total of 406 cases,so there are a total of 406 cases included in this study, including 356 cases of initial disease and 50 cases of recurrence. The recurrence rate in this study is 12%.Through univariate analysis,it was found that the two groups had differences in age, hypertension, history of cerebral infarction, drinking, internal wind syndrome,phlegm-dampness syndrome, etc.,and the difference was statistically significant,p<0.05.Taking the influencing factors obtained from single factor analysis as independent variables, using multi-factor logistic regression analysis,it was concluded that hypertension, cerebral infarction history, alcohol drinking,phlegm-dampness syndrome were significantly related to hemorrhagic stroke recurrence. Conclusion:Among patients with first hemorrhagic stroke, those who are between 45-65 years of age, have hypertension with a history of cerebral infarction, drink alcohol, and those who have the dialectical syndrome of internal wind or phlegm-dampness have a higher risk of stroke recurrence In view of these high-risk recurrence factors, stroke patients should actively identify and try to avoid the triggers to reduce the risk of recurrence.
