The Relevance Between TCM Syndromes And Constitution About Children Indigestion In Kunming Area

Objective:The survey aims to explore the relevance between TCM Syndromes and constitution about Children indigestion in Kunming area through the questionnaire form.It’s significant that combining syndrome differentiation with constitution differentiation is good for the indigestion.Based on the view of"Prevention of disease",Modelling the early intervention measures and suggestions could reduce the incidence of Children indigestion.Methods:The survey gather materials including the general facts,TCM syndromes,constitution and other related information through the questionnaire form.The indigested children who visited in pediatric outpatient of Yunnan Hospital of TCM,including Guanghua and Dianchi,were investigated during the time 2020.01 to2021.01,and their permanent residence is in Kunming area.Results:1.The distribution of TCM syndromes of children indigestion in Kunming areaThere are 82 cases of children indigestion heat syndrome accounting for 39.61%.Milk-food internal accumulation syndrome has 62 cases,and it has a retio of 29.95%.The number of spleen deficiency with indigestion syndrome is 41,and this type of syndrome gain a retio of 19.81%.The cases of liver depression indigestion syndrome are 19,which accounting for 9.18%.The last of TCM syndrome type,indigestion cold syndrome,with a rate of 1.45%,get the figure of 3.There is closely association of the TCM syndromes of children indigestion with age,the course of disease and diet types（P<0.05）.And gender is irrelevant（P>0.05）.2.The distribution of TCM constitution of children indigestion in Kunming areaIn this study,the majority is Dampness-heat constitution（32.37%）,of the 67children were included.Then the following constitutions are arranged in sequenti-al order:52 cases of Mildly constitution（25.12%）,41 cases of Phlegm-dampne-ss constitution（19.81%）,23 cases of Qi-insufficiency constitution（11.11%）,16 cas-es of Qi-stagnation constitution（7.73%）,4 cases of Specific diathesis constitution（1.93%）,3 cases of Yin-insufficiency constitution（1.45%）,1 cases of Yang-insuf-ficiency constitution（0.48%）.The constitution is related to age,the course ofdis-ease and diet types（P<0.05）,and gender is the irrelevant factor（P>0.05）.3.The Relevance between TCM Syndromes and constitution about Children Indigestion in Kunming areaAs this survey shows,Dampness-heat constitution is closely linked to indigestion heat syndrome;Phlegm-dampness constitution is in touch with milk-food internal accumulation syndrome;Qi-insufficiency constitution is related to spleen deficiency with indigestion syndrome;And there is an association with Qi-stagnation constitution and liver depression indigestion syndrome.Conclusion:1.Children indigestion heat syndrome is the most commom syndromes about Children indigestion in Kunming area;And milk-food internal accumulation syndrome is the second;The 3^rdone is spleen deficiency with indigestion syndrome.There is association of TCM syndromes of children indigestion with age,the course of disease and diet types.2.The most type of syndrome about Children indigestion in Kunming area is Dampness-heat constitution;And Mildly constitution is the second;The 3^rdone is Phlegm-dampness constitution;Then it turns to Qi-insufficiency constitution and Qi-stagnation constitution.The constitution is related to age,the course of disease and diet types.3.There is closely relevance between TCM Syndromes and constitution about Children indigestion in Kunming area.Dampness-heat constitution contributes to indigestion heat syndrome.Phlegm-dampness constitution is relevant to milk-food internal accumulation syndrome.Qi-insufficiency constitution shows closely link to spleen deficiency with indigestion syndrome.And there is an association with Qi-stagnation constitution and liver depression indigestion syndrome.
