Clinical Efficacy Of Shugan Hewei Jieyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis With Anxiety And Depression State Syndrome Of Stagnation Of Liver And Stomach

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Professor Dangzhongqin experience prescription in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with anxiety and depression state(syndrome of stagnation of liver and stomach)and to explore its clinical application value.Methods:78 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis with anxiety and depression state were randomly divided into control group(n=39)and observation group(n=39).The control group was treated with Weisu granules combined Shugan Jieyu Capsules,and the observation group was treated with shugan hewei jieyu prescription.The two groups were treated for 6 weeks.The scores were counted before treatment and at the end of 6 and 8 weeks after treatment,including the symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine,the HAMA score and the HAMD score before and after treatment.The changes of symptoms,signs,HAMD and HAMA were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the recurrence rate between the two groups was compared in the 8th weekend.The clinical data obtained by spass21.0 software were analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of shugan hewei jieyu prescription.Results:(1)Comparison of comprehensive curative effects:The treatment group was92.11%,the control group was64.86%%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of the curative effects of TCM syndromes:The treatment group was 92.11%,the control group was 67.57%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of TCM Syndrome points:The total score and the individual points of TCM syndromes after treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.(4)Comparison of Gastroscopy:The treatment group was 94.74%,the control group was 64.86%(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.(5)Comparison of Gastroscopy Points:The individual points in the treatment group were less than before(P<0.05),the treatment group can effectively alleviate the symptoms of erythema,erosion and hemorrhage.The score of erythema and erosion in control group was less than before treatment(P<0.05),comparison of bleeding points before and after treatment(P<0.05),the control group can alleviate erythema,erosion,and can not change hemorrhagic lesions.Comparison of erosion and bleeding points between two groups after treatment(P<0.05),comparison of erythema integral(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group in alleviating erosion and bleeding.There was no difference between the two groups in the treatment of erythema.(6)Comparison of HAMA:The treatment group was 92.11%,the control group was 64.86%(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.(7)Comparison of HAMD:The treatment group was 92.11%,the control group was 67.57%(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.(8)Comparison of HAMA、HAMD points:Both groups had less HAMA、HAMD scores after treatment than before(P<0.05),the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.(9)Comparison of follow-up continuous effective rate: The follow-up continuous effective rate of TCM syndrome treatment group was 34.29%,and 72% in control group(P<0.05).The follow-up continuous effective rate of HAMA treatment group was 37.14%,and 79.17% in control group(P<0.05).The follow-up continuous effective rate of HAMD treatment group was31.43%,and 76% in control group(P<0.05).the treatment group was better than the control group in follow-up continuous effective rate of TCM syndrome、HAMA、HAMD.(10)Comparison of security:During the treatment,the two groups were in the normal range,no adverse reactions,medication safety.Conclusion:(1)The prescription of shugan hewei jieyu can effectively alleviate the symptoms and signs of CNAG patients with anxiety and depression.(2)The prescription can effectively alleviate the gastroscopy of CNAG patients with anxiety and depression.(3)The prescription can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of CNAG patients with anxiety and depression.(4)CNAG patients with anxiety and depression were treated with the prescription without adverse reactions,small side effects,high safety,and good long-term curative effect.
