Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Jianpi Xiaoshi Ointment On Children Anorexia With Hyperactivity Of Liver And Insufficiency Of Spleen

Objectives To observe the therapeutic effect of Jianpixiaoshi Ointment and Xiaoerchangweikang Granules in the treatment of anorexia in children with Syndrome Hyperactivity of Liver and Insufficiency of Spleen,and to clarify the clinical effect of Jianpixiaoshi Ointment and its clinical advantage in the treatment of the disease.Methods The 70 children who met the inclusion criteria were all pediatric outpatients in Baoding First Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2020 to December 2020.They were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases),the treatment group was given Jianpixiaoshi ointment(provided by Baoding First Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine),1 / 3 bag once for 1～2 years old,3 times a day;1 / 3 bag once for 2～4 years old,3 times a day;1 bag once for over 4 years old,2 times a day.For ages 4 and above,1 bag per time,twice a day.The control group was given Xiaoerchangweikang granules orally,1 bag once for 1～4 years old and 2 bags once for over 4 years old,three times a day.Four weeks later,the changes of TCM syndrome integral,clinical total efficacy,hemoglobin content,trace element zinc and iron content in the two groups were observed,and the data were statistically analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Safety indicators were detected and adverse events were recorded.Results 1 Comparison before treatment: there was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,course of disease,severity of disease,scores of main and secondary diseases,total scores and laboratory indexes(P > 0.05).2 after treatment,the total symptom score,main symptom score and secondary symptom score of the two groups were all better than before(P < 0.05);The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing food intake,belching,abdominal distension and irritability scores,(P < 0.05);the treatment group was equally effective in poor appetite,less complexion and irregular stool scores(P > 0.05);In the aspects of poor appetite,pale complexion and irregular stool,P BBB 0.05,the two groups had the same curative effect.3 before and after treatment,the two groups in hemoglobin,iron content,the treatment group is better than control group(P< 0.05);in zinc content,the two groups have the same effect(P > 0.05);4 the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93%,the control group was 84%,the treatment group is better than the control group(P < 0.05).5 The patients were followed up 2 months to observe the recurrence,4 relapses in treatment troup and 6 relapses in control group;6 No adverse reactions in the two groups,and the liver and kidney function indexes were normal.Conclusions 1 Jianpixiaoshi ointment has a definite clinical effect in treating infantile anorexia with hyperactivity of liver and deficiency of spleen.It is superior to Xiaoerchangweikang granule in improving appetite reduction,belching,abdominal distension and impatience.2 Jianpixiaoshi ointment can improve the contents of hemoglobin,zinc and iron,and its effect is better than that of Xiaoerchangweikang granule.3 The treatment is safe and reliable without adverse reactions.Figure 0;Table 17;Reference 135...
