Objective: To study the level of dietary inflammation index during pregnancy in women in Beijing area, and explore the correlation between dietary inflammation index and pregnancy outcome. Methods: The pregnant women who had undergone a maternity check-up at the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Changping District,Beijing from April 2018 to April2019 were taken as the research objects.Pregnant women who met the enrollment criteria were surveyed by specially trained investigators.Basic information, childbirth history and other informatation about this pregnancy of pregnant women was collected.Collect the pregnant women’s peripheral venous blood to determine the level of inflammatory factors in the blood.Use the semi-quantitative food frequency method to collect the dietary intake information during pregnancy and calculate the dietary inflammation index during pregnancy. The results of the survey were obtained using Epidata software to establish a database, and SPSS software was used to compare between groups and linear regression Logistic regression to analyze the relationship between dietary inflammation index and pregnancy outcome such as weight gain during pregnancy, pregnancy complications, and newborn birth weight. Results: There were 113 effective study subjects. The dietary inflammation index of pregnant women in the first trimester and the third trimester showed a normal distribution. The daily intake of various foods and nutrients of pregnant women with different dietary inflammation index levels was compared.Except for individual foods, most of them had no Statistical difference.Comparing pregnant women’s serum inflammatory factor levels,it was found that the serum CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 levels of pregnant women with a higher dietary inflammation index were significantly higher than those of those with a lower dietary inflammation index, with p values of 0.035,0.050 and 0.034,respectively.Analyzing the relationship between dietary inflammation index and pregnancy outcome,it is found that the level of dietary inflammation index during pregnancy will significantly affect the weight gain during pregnancy(p=0.009).The specific manifestation is that the higher the average dietary inflammation index during pregnancy, the lower the weight gain during pregnancy, and the more likely it is to increase pregnancy during pregnancy.Insufficient weight;increased dietary inflammation index in the first trimester can also lead to insufficient weight gain in the first trimester(p=0.031).Research on the association between dietary inflammation index and pregnancy complications during pregnancy showed that dietary inflammation index was not significantly associated with pregnancy complications such as pregnancy-induced hypertension, gestational anemia, and gestational diabetes(p>0.05).Dietary inflammation index is not statistically related to the occurrence of macrosomia, but the increase of dietary inflammation index in the third trimester will increase the risk of neonates with low birth weight(p=0.024).Through comparison between groups,it was found that there were no significant differences in the amniotic fluid volume and delivery mode of pregnant women with different dietary inflammation index grades. But the increase in the average dietary inflammation index during pregnancy would increase the risk of fetal distress(p=0.048),and the dietary inflammation index in the third trimester Elevated will increase the risk of preterm birth(p=0.020).Conclusion: The dietary inflammation index during pregnancy affects pregnancy outcome from many aspects.A high average dietary inflammation index during the first trimester and pregnancy will increase the risk of insufficient weight gain during pregnancy.Pregnant women with a higher average dietary inflammation index during pregnancy are more likely to have fetuses.Distress, pregnant women with high dietary inflammation index in the third trimester are relatively more likely to have premature delivery and low birth weight.
