The Clinical Significance Of Cardiopulmonary Exercise Test In Patients With Essential Hypertension

Objective: Early detection of patients with impaired central lung reserve in patients with essential hypertension and precise clinical interventions for them.Methods: Among the inpatients admitted to this hospital from September 2017 to February 2020,287 patients who had perfected the cardiopulmonary exercise test and met the criteria for intake and discharge were selected and divided into four groups(73 cases in the healthy group,essential hypertension)There were 69 cases in the level 1 group,69 cases in the level 2 group of essential hypertension,and 76 cases in the level 3 group of essential hypertension).Relevant data were collected and statistically analyzed.Results: Statistical results showed that there were no statistical differences in gender,height,weight,smoking history(year,amount)and BMI among all groups(P > 0.05).Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,age,maximum oxygen uptake and metabolic equivalent among the four groups were compared,and there were statistical differences(P < 0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,maximum oxygen uptake and metabolic equivalent were negatively correlated between the primary hypertension groups.Conclusion: The higher the blood pressure level of the patients with essential hypertension,the lower the cardiopulmonary reserve function may be indirectly indicated.Therefore,in people with essential hypertension,when the indicators of cardiopulmonary exercise test show a downward trend,early interventions such as exercise rehabilitation and drug treatment can be given to effectively prevent the risk of early heart failure.
