| Objective:To analyze the microvascular decompression of cranial nerve,study its curative effect on trigeminal neuralgia complicated with Hypertention,and explore the changes of blood pressure after operation.Methods: Patients from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected,all of them were MVD patients in our hospital,with a total of110 cases.The preoperative blood pressure values of the patients were collected,and the pain score was measured by digital pain score method including facial expression scale,which was taken as the baseline level;All the patients were treated with MVD.After the operation,the family members of the patients were instructed to measure their blood pressure by sphygmomanometer and record it.Three months,six months and twelve months after the operation were selected as the follow-up time points.During the follow-up,the patients’ blood pressure values were collected,and NRS and WBFP scores were tested at the same time.The curative effect of MVD was evaluated with the changes of postoperative blood pressure values and the reduction rate of NRS and WBFP scores as evaluation indexes.The data before and after MVD were statistically analyzed by their own paired t-test,P<0.05.Results: Zero patients(0%)were cured after cranial nerve microvascular decompression.39 cases(35.5%)were markedly effective.45cases(40.9%)were effective.26 cases were ineffective(23.6%).110 patients with trigeminal neuralgia complicated with hypertension were measured for blood pressure before and after operation,and the pain degree was scored at the same time.From March to June after operation,91(82.7%)patients’ pain disappeared,indicating that the operation effect was satisfactory.There were 13 patients(11.8%)whose facial pain basically disappeared,but there was slight pain,which could be tolerated.Four patients(3.6%)had less facial pain than before operation,but still had moderate pain.There were 2 cases(1.8%)with poor postoperative effect and no obvious pain relief.Conclusion: Cranial nerve microvascular decompression can relieve patients’ pain,thus the high blood pressure of patients decreases obviously,which can better control hypertension and reduce the incidence of malignant cerebrovascular diseases. |
