Objective:To investigate the effects of Respiratory Rehabilitation on quality of life, lung function, dyspnea index, fatigue and negative emotions(anxiety and depression)in patients with advanced non-small cell cancer(NSCLC).Methods:A total of 100 patients with advanced NSCLC who were hospitalized in Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine Department of Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medica College from August 2020 to August2021 were selected, and 100 patients were divided into control group and intervention group by random number table, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment; On the basis of routine treatment, the intervention group received respiratory rehabilitation training for 1 month,3-5 days a week, twice a day.Quality of life, lung function, dyspnea index, fatigue and negative emotions(anxiety and depression)were evaluated from the first chemotherapy to the end of the respiratory rehabilitation cycle in the two groups,to explore the effects of respiratory rehabilitation training on patients in both groups. The assessments tools were Quality-of-Life Questionnaire(EORTC QLQ-C30&LC13),Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory(MFI-20),lung function,A modified Version of the Medical Research Council Dyspnea Questionnaire(m MRC),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).SPSS26.0 was used to analyze and process the data. The statistical methods includedχ~2test,T test,Mann-Whitneyu test,Kolmogorov-Smirnov test.Results:(1)There were no significant differences in general data between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Overall quality of life score and sub-scale dimensions score of quality of life:(1)Before intervention, there was no statistical significance in the scores of functional subscale, symptom subscale and overall quality of life between the control group and the intervention group(P>0.05).(2)After intervention, the physical function, role function and social function of the overall quality of life score and function subscale in the intervention group were significantly improved compared with the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);(3)The scores of LC-13(Lung Cancer Specific Symptom Scale)in the therapy group were significantly lower than those in the blank group(P<0.05).(3)Lung function:(1)Before intervention,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC in control group and intervention group had no statistical significance(P>0.05);(2)After intervention,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the therapy group were significantly better than those in the blank group(P<0.05).(4)Dyspnea score:(1)Before intervention,in dyspnea score between the control group and the intervention group, there was no significant;(2)After intervention, the m MRC score of the therapy group was significantly lower than that of the blank group(P<0.05).(5)Multidimensional fatigue scale:(1)Before intervention, there was no statistical significance in the scores of factors in multidimensional fatigue scale in control group and intervention group(P>0.05);(2)After intervention, the scores of physical fatigue, mental fatigue, motivation decline and activity reduction in the therapy group were significantly lower than those in the blank group(P<0.05).(6)Negative emotion(Anxiety and Depression)Scores of:(1)Before intervention, there were no significant differences in anxiety depression scores between the control group and the intervention group(P>0.05);(2)After intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression in the therapy group were significantly lower than those in the blank group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Respiratory rehabilitation training for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who are receiving chemotherapy can significantly reduce their negative emotions, reduce fatigue, promote the recovery of lung function, improve respiratory function, and thus improve the quality of life of patients. In general,it can be found in this study that patients with advanced NSCLC have various clinical symptoms, physical and psychological burden, such as fatigue, dyspnea, anxiety and depression, and reduced activity, which can be improved by respiratory rehabilitation.
