Summary Of The Application Of Shuo Tong Ureteroscopy In The Treatment Of Renal And Ureteral Calculus: Literature Review And Clinical Observation

Objective:1.Assess the indications,effectiveness and safety of Shuo Tong ureteroscopy in the treatment of renal and ureteric stones through literature review.2.Objectively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Shuo Tong ureteroscopy combined with flexible ureteroscopy in the treatment of complicated urinary stones,and provide a theoretical basis for the selection of clinical treatment options.Methods:1.The English databases pubmed,Cochrane Library,Embase and Chinese databases CNKI,VIP,CBM and Wanfang databases were searched by computer.The search was from March 2012 to March 2022,consulting the relevant literature of Shuo Tong ureteroscopy in the treatment of renal and ureteric stones to clarify the indications,efficacy and safety of Shuo Tong ureteroscopy in the treatment of renal and ureteric stones.2.Retrospective analysis selected 25 patients from January2021 to December 2021,2021 in urology department of Huayuanshan District,Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.And they were all diagnosed as complex urinary calculus and treated by Shuo Tong ureteroscopy combined with flexible ureteroscope.Collecting perioperative clinical data,summarize the group’s disposable sheath success rate,operation time,5 days SFR,1 months SFR,3 months SFR,postoperative complications.Results:1.Through the literature search,the indications for the application of renal and ureteric stones:（1）whole ureteral stones;（2）some pelvicalyceal stones;（3）some kidney stones can be treated by the combination of Shuo Tong ureteroscopy and flexible ureteroscopy,the surgical indications can broaden including capular stones and complicated upper urinary stones by the combination.2.The success rate of disposable sheath placement of was 92%（23 / 25）;The longest time of surgery was 180 min,The shortest is38 min,The average operation time was（85.76 ± 36.62）min;The median time of surgery was 80 min,Interquartile spacing is 44;5days SFR was 84%（21 / 25）,1 months SFR was 92%（23 / 25）,3 months SFR was 100%（25 / 25）,The SFR of one-time successful sheath placement was 100%（23 / 23）;The postoperative complications rate was 4%（1 / 25）,Performance by local ureteral mucosa injury without damaging the muscularis,0 cases had severe complications such as massive bleeding,ureteral perforation,ureteral rupture,abnormal renal function,and sepsis.Conclusion:Shuo Tong ureteroscopy’s negative pressure which can attract stone in the treatment of the accessible range of renal and ureteric stones has unique advantages,for the treatment of the unaccessible renal and ureteric stones can be used at the same time by the combination of Shuo Tong ureteroscopy and flexible ureteroscope,Controlling operation indications reasonably,choose the appropriate surgical method,there is good efficacy,high safety and less complications.It’s worth of clinical promotion.
