| Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of NSSI behavior among adolescents with depressive disorder; To explore the relationship between family factors and NSSI behavior of adolescents with depressive disorder, and reference for clinical intervention and treatment,as well as provide ideas for further research. Methods One hundred and nine adolescents with depressive disorder were included in this study.According to DSM-5 diagnostic criteria, the patients were evaluated for NSSI behavior, and enrolled patients were divided into non-NSSI group(n=34)and NSSI group(n=75).The subjects of the study were adolescents aged 12-18 years old. After obtaining the informed consent of patients and their families,a self-made general condition questionnaire,Symptom Checklist-90 and Family Assessment Device were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the patients, and the data were summarized.Pearson correlation analysis was used to test the correlation between NSSI behavior and SCL-90 and FAD factors in adolescents with depressive disorder.NSSI behavior as the dependent variable and the factors with statistically significant difference as the independent variables, the binary Logistic regression analysis model was used to explore the independent risk of NSSI behavior among adolescents with depressive disorder. Results In this study, the detection rate of NSSI behavior among adolescents with depressive disorder was 75(68.8%),including 17 boys(22.7%)and 58 girls(77.3%).which was consistent with the results of previous studies, indicating that NSSI behavior was more common in adolescent females. The age difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).SCL-90 total scores and factors scores in NSSI group were higher than those in the non-NSSI group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).In FAD,Problem Solving(P=0.018),Communication(P=0.001),Affective Involvement(P=0.042),and General Functioning(P=0.012)had significant differences among groups, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that all factors in SCL-90 and Problem Solving,Communication and General Functioning in FAD were risk factors for NSSI behavior of adolescents with depressive disorder(P<0.05).Conclusion NSSI behavior has a higher incidence in adolescents with depressive disorder,is more common in adolescent females, and its incidence may decrease with age.SCL-90 total scores and factors scores in the NSSI group were higher, indicating that adolescents with depressive disorder accompanied by NSSI behavior are more prone to emotional and physical symptoms and other problems.NSSI behavior is the result of interaction of many factors, and family factors are closely related to NSSI behavior of adolescents with depressive disorder, which can affect its occurrence through many aspects.Family support can prevent and reduce adolescent NSSI behavior to some extent, and may become an important way of early intervention in the future. |
