Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of modified Yigong powder in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with Postprandial Discomfort Syndrome,this study provides basis for the treatment of Postprandial Discomfort Syndrome of functional dyspepsia with spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,56 patients with spleen deficiency syndrome with functional dyspepsia postprandial discomfort syndrome were collected from December 2019 to December 2021 in the outpatient department of the Department of Spleen and Gastroenterology of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and were divided into experimental groups and control groups using random control principles,with 28 cases in each group.A total of 50 patients completed all studies and observations,including23 cases in the experimental group and 27 cases in the control group.The experimental group was treated with heteroactive dispersion and flavor,and the control group was given mosalpride citrate dispersible tablets,and the course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.After the end of the 4 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after the discontinuation of the drug,the changes in the patient’s symptom points before and after the treatment were recorded in detail,and the clinical efficacy,the degree of symptom improvement,the long-term efficacy,the quality of life and safety were analyzed.Result:1.The total effective rate was 95.7% in the treatment group and 81.5% in the control group.The effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(p < 0.05).2.The total score of TCM syndromes: the total score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(p < 0.01).3.The scores of TCM symptoms were as follows: compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving fatigue and loose stools(p < 0.01),the treatment group was better than the control group in improving abdominal distension,dullness and belching(p < 0.05).4.The recurrence rate was 9.1% in the treatment group and 36.4% in the control group.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(p< 0.05).5.Quality of life scores: the quality of life scores of the treatment group and the control group were compared,the quality of life of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(p <0.01)in improving disease control,discomfort and sleep(p< 0.01),and the quality of life of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in improving daily life,anxiety and stress(p < 0.05)There was no significant difference in Diet and health feeling(p >0.05).6.Safety evaluation: no adverse events occurred in the two groups,and the safety was good.Conclusion: modified Yigong powder has a good clinical effect on the patients with functional Dyspepsia Syndrome of spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of the patients and reduce the integral of TCM syndrome,and Its safety and recurrence are better.
