| ObjectiveThrough clinical observation and research, the short-term efficacy of needle-knife combined with herbal fumigation in the treatment of painful heel pain was observed, and its treatment mechanism and clinical value were analyzed,in order to provide more reasonable and effective clinical treatment ideas for heel pain.MethodsA retrospective analysis was performed on patients with calcaneal pain who visited the outpatient department of orthopedics,Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to November 2021,and 31 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included in the study.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into a control group of 15 cases(herbal fumigation)and a treatment group of 16 cases(needle-knife combined with herbal fumigation)for 2 weeks. The VAS scores and AOFAS ankle-hind foot scores of the two groups of patients before treatment, after treatment, and 14 days after treatment were observed and recorded;the overall response rate was compared 14 days after treatment;the obtained data were analyzed with SPSS22.0 statistical software, and finally List and explain the results.Results1.The gender, age, disease location, course of disease,VAS and AOFAS ankle-hind foot scores before treatment in the two groups were statistically analyzed, and the results showed no significant difference(P>0.05),and the clinical efficacy could be compared.2.The VAS and AOFAS ankle-hind foot scores of the two groups of patients after treatment and 14 days after treatment were better than those before treatment(P < 0.05),suggesting that both treatments can reduce the VAS score and improve the AOFAS ankle-foot score.3.The VAS and AOFAS ankle-hind foot scores of the two groups after treatment and 14 days after treatment were compared between the two groups, and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. It suggested that the treatment group had better effect in reducing the VAS score and improving the AOFAS ankle-hind foot score.4.The overall effective rate in the control group was 60.00%,and that in the treatment group was 93.75%.The overall effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).It indicated that the overall curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.5.In this study, all 31 patients with painful heel syndrome successfully completed relevant treatment, and no adverse reactions such as pain aggravation, tissue swelling, and skin infection occurred during the treatment.ConclusionNeedle-knife combined with herbal fumigation in the treatment of heel pain can effectively relieve pain symptoms and improve foot function. It has significant therapeutic effect and high safety, and provides a basis for clinical treatment of heel pain. |
