| Objective:to scan the spine using MRI 3d-merge and observe the spine never in different conditions.Materials and methods:thirty asymptomatic patients without lumbar protrusion aged20-60 years and BMI18.5-23.9were collected using prospective study methods.Coronal and Sagittal MRI scans of 3d-merge were performed as the control group A.thirty symptomatic patients with lumbar protrusion /asymptomatic patients with lumbar prorusion aged20-60 years were collected for Coronal and Sagittal MRI scans of 3d-merge.Using T2 WI axial view,we can find highlight the location of the intervertebral disc,and then to positioning,positioning line parrel to scan the spine never slighty,as the experimental group B.Through the analysis of the length,width and display of the Coronal,Sagittal and morphological spinal never images in group A,and then the measurement of group B,the comparison of the spine never in group AB with or without lesions was made by measuring the length and width of the spine never and observing the relationship between the protruding disc and nevers.Then,Coronal and Sagittal spine never images of group B were compared to observe a comparison of the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation between two groups of never imaging under different directions.Results:according to group A,in the images without any lumbar disease,after observation and measurement by 3 senior doctors,it was found that Coronary spine never imaging could clearly show the high signal spine never from L1-L5 was up to50-70 mm in the Coronary scan,the width at the vertebral foramen was 2mm,and the width at the drill down was up to5 mm.The angle between the spinal never and the spinal cord becomes bigger from top to bottom at an angle of47°-27°;Sagittal of spinal never scan can clearly show the middle continuous low signal peripheral high signal spinal nerve imaging,spinal never 48-70 mm in length,the width of vertebral foramen in 2mm,gradually increase up to 6mm down;the experimental group B,Coronary spinal nerve scan length in 50-70 mm,width in2mm-7mm,never and spinal cord angle between 47°-16°,it can clearly display high signal spinal never,48-70 mm length of the scans spinal never,show the spinal never width canbe 1to 8mm,which can display the middle continuous low signal peripheral spinal never images of high sign.Spss19.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Raw data were sorted out and input into excel.Data measurement data were tested for normality and were in line with the normal distribution.The above analysis was used and described by the number of cases(n)and percentage(%): Binary Logistic regression was used to calculate the influrnce probability of each independent variable corresponding to the variable p<0.05 was considered statically significant.Conclusion:the Sagittal scan of spinal nerves clearly and intuitively show the affected side nerves and the explanations of clnical symptoms in patients with lumbar.Objective: to scan the spine using MRI Axial ideal-iq sequence,and obseve a quantitative of the multifidus-muscle in different conditions.Materials and methods:thirty asymptomatic patients without lumbar protrusion aged 20-60 years and BMI18.5-23.9were collected using prospective study methods.The above 30 patients without any lumbar spine disease were divided into 20 to 30 years old,30 to 50 years old,and then 50 to 60 years old.Then,MRI ideal-iq sequence was used for transverse scanning of L4-S1 lumbar spine.This group was used as control group C.According to the classificification of muscle(regular exercise or physical labor)and non-exercise group as D.Then 30 patients with lumbar spondylosis were scanned at the same site as the experimental according to above the group of age as E,and accoritding to the imaging manifestations of thepostion invaded by the herniated disc,the area invaded by the herniated disc can be dividedinto 1a,2area and 3 area,finally the image of fat ratio was automatically reconstructed by thecomputer,and then the quantitative small analysis of total multi-muscle fat was conducted by ROI to the observe the changes of the multi-muscle without/with lumbar symptomatic,age andseverity of disease.Results: Three senior doctors carried out quantitative fat testing of total multifidus-muscle atthe level of L4-S1 on C of group.Found that the average value of pimelosis of total multifidus muscles in C of the control group was 55.1;In the experiment group E,the average pimelosisof L4-S1 total multifidus muscles was64.Spss19.0 software was used for
