Objective: To compare the biliary acute pancreatitis, hyperlipidemia and alcoholic acute pancreatitis clinical and prognostic features of acute pancreatitis, understand the change of the common causes of acute pancreatitis, for the early diagnosis of common types of acute pancreatitis, provides some references for the correct treatment, prognosis, and provide reference for individualized treatment in clinical practice. Methods: This article adopts a retrospective research method to collect case data of patients who were hospitalized and diagnosed as acute pancreatitis in the Changsha Hospital of Hunan Normal University from January 2018 to December 2020,screened and grouped according to the etiology(biliary group, alcohol group, hyperlipidemia group),and are the first-onset,compare the relevant indicators between the three groups, and perform statistical analysis. Results: 1.The case data of the three groups of patients with first-onset acute pancreatitis were 198 cases, including 95 cases of biliary,26 cases of alcohol, and 77 cases of hyperlipidemia.2.The alcoholic group and the hyperlipidemia group has a higher male ratio, lower age,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the biliary group has higher levels of AMY,ALT,and AST,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);The hyperlipidemia group has higher TG,CHOL,GLU levels, lower TBIL levels, higher rates of combined fatty liver, diabetes, and acute kidney injury, higher recurrence rates, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The three groups of WBC,PLT,CRP,hypertension, severity of illness, acute peripancreatic fluid accumulation, acute necrosis accumulation, infectious pancreatic necrosis, systemic inflammatory response syndrome, hospital stay, and mortality were not statistically different(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.The clinical and prognostic characteristics of the three causes of acute pancreatitis are different.2.The severity of acute pancreatitis has nothing to do with biliary, alcoholic, and hyperlipidemia.
