| Objective:To investigate the changes of RDW level in patients with chronic heart failure and the relationship between RDW and atrial fibrillation in CHF.Methods:Select 1 June 2015 to 226 patients with CHF 2020 30 June in our hospital cardiology hospital。According to whether patients with atrial fibrillation,we divided it into two groups: chronic heart failure with AF group(A)and control group(group B).There were 86 patients(group A)and 140 patients(group B).Then we compare the general information between them and the laboratory test results.Result:1.A group RDW and LAD higher than group B,heart and class II,III level,IV stage subgroups,Group A more than Group B(P <0.05);A history of hypertension and below TG In group B(P<0.05),the difference in other indicators was statistically significant(P>0.05).2.In group A,the RDW of cardiac function grade II was(13.38±0.78),grade III(13.71±0.61),and grade IV(14.68±1.37);in group B,cardiac function grade II RDW was(12.63±0.60).),grade III(13.03±0.83),grade IV(13.80±1.10)(P<0.05).,3.A group comparison within the group,II NT-Pro BNP 2552.70(2353.83~2787.78),level III(3172.50~4990.25)),grade V 7397.00(4421.25~14520.50),NT-Pro BNP levels gradually Increased(P<0.05);LVEF of grade II(65.25±9.32),grade III(56.48±15.06),grade IV(49.03±13.79),gradually decreased(P<0.05).4.In group A,RDW was positively correlated with NT-Pro BNP(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with LVEF(P<0.05).5.Multivariate logistic regression analysis found that RDW(OR=2.009,95%CI 1.438~2.806)and LAD(OR=1.117,95%CI 1.064~1.172)are independent predictors of chronic heart failure with non-valvular atrial fibrillation,RDW The area under the ROC curve(AUC)for predicting atrial fibrillation by LAD and LAD were 0.757 and0.739,respectively,and the combined detection AUC of the two was0.802.Conclusion:1.RDW is positively correlated with the severity of patients with chronic heart failure and atrial fibrillation.2.RDW may be an independent predictor of atrial fibrillation in patients with chronic heart failure. |
