Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Ginger Moxibustion In The Adjuvant Treatment Of Static Psoriasis Vulgaris That Belongs To The Blood Stasis With Yang Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effect and safety of ginger moxibustion adjuvant treatment of static psoriasis vulgaris that belongs to the blood stasis with Yang deficiency Syndrome by randomized control method,so that can provide the clinical evidence for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with ginger moxibustion.Medthods: There were 72 patients who had psoriasis vulgaris that belong to the blood stasis with Yang deficiency Syndrome,and we randomly divided them into treatment group and control group.There were 36 patients in treatment group,and 36 patients in control group.The two groups both were treated with modified Taohongsiwu decoction for oral use,captriol ointment for external use as the basic treatment,while the treatment group should accepted ginger moxibustion treatment at the same time.After the 8-week course of treatment,the efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:1.No obvious difference between the PASI scores of the treatment group and the control group after the treatment(P>0.05).It is obvious difference that the PASI score of the treatment group between pretherapy and post-treatment(P<0.01),while it is also obvious difference that the PASI score of the control group between pretherapy and post-treatment(P<0.01).2.Obvious difference between the scores of itching degree of the treatment group and the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).It is obvious difference that the score of itching degree of the treatment group between pretherapy and post-treatment(P<0.01),while it is also obvious difference that the score of itching degree of the control group between pretherapy and post-treatment(P<0.01).3.Obvious difference between the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group and the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).It is obvious difference that the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group between pretherapy and post-treatment(P<0.01),while it is also obvious difference that the TCM syndrome scores of the control group between pretherapy and post-treatment(P<0.01).4.No obvious difference between he DIQI scores of the treatment group and the control group after the treatment(P>0.05).It is obvious difference that he DIQI scores of the treatment group between pretherapy and post-treatment(P<0.01),while it is also obvious difference that he DIQI scores of the control group between pretherapy and post-treatment(P<0.01).5.The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 81.82%,while the control group was 76.47% after the treatment.No obvious difference between effective rates of the two groups(P>0.05).6.The TCM syndrome effective rate of the treatment group was 78.79%,while the control group was 52.94% after treatment.Obvious difference between effective rates of the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ginger moxibustion in the adjuvant treatment of static psoriasis vulgaris that belongs to the blood stasis with Yang deficiency syndrome can effectively improve the area of lesions,the severity of lesions,the degree of itching and the symptoms of TCM,which is worthy of clinical application,especially in the improvement of pruritus and TCM syndrome.
