Clinical Observation Of Lamplight Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Localized Neurodermatitis(Liver Stagnation And Fire Syndrome)

Objective:Through the observation of the clinical effect of the application of lamplight moxibustion in the treatment of limited type of neurodermatitis(liver stagnation and fire syndrome),it provides an effective external treatment method of Chinese medicine for the clinical treatment of neurodermatitis.Methods:72 cases of patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of foundation treatment are "gentian liver-fire tonga subtraction" internal treatment,the treatment group of 36 cases with external treatment with lamplight moxibustion therapy,the control group of 36 cases with external treatment of fire needle therapy,treatment once a week,course of treatment for 4 weeks.The target lesion area,lesion color,lesion hardness,mossy change,pruritus,concomitant symptom score,adverse reactions and follow-up were recorded before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.SPSS26 software was used for statistical analysis,and the results were objectively evaluated.Results:1.The intra-group comparison between the treatment group and the control group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment showed that there was statistical significance in the area of target skin lesions,skin color,skin hardness,lichen change,itching degree,associated symptom score and total score between the two groups(P<0.05);2.Comparison of target skin area,skin color,skin hardness,lichen change,itching degree,associated symptom score,total score and total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group after 4 weeks of treatment showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.23%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 84.84%,with no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05);3.The comparison between the treatment group and the control group after 2 weeks of treatment showed no statistical significance in the area of target skin lesions,skin color,skin hardness and associated symptoms(P>0.05),but there were statistical significance in the degree of pruritus and mossy change(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The lamplight moxibustion and fire acupuncture have certain efficacy in improving the target skin area,skin color,skin hardness,moss-like change,pruritus degree and associated symptoms of localized neurodermatitis,and the efficacy is equivalent.2.Light moxibustion treatment of localized neurodermatitis in the early treatment of the degree of itching relief is better than fire acupuncture treatment,although the moss-like change relief is slower than fire acupuncture,but with the increase of the number of treatment,the efficacy will also increase.3.It shows that lamplight moxibustion is an effective external treatment for localized neurodermatitis.
