Construction Of Quality Evaluation Index System Of Continuing Care For Liver Transplant Recipients

ObjectiveTo construct a scientific,practical and sensitive evaluation index system of continuous nursing quality of liver transplantation recipients,and clarify the definition,time node and method of each index,in order to provide evaluation tools and reference basis for clinical evaluation of continuous nursing quality of liver transplantation recipients.MethodsThe theoretical framework and initial items of the index system were established by the methods of Literature review,focus group interview and semistructured interview,prepare the expert consultation questionnaire,and use Delphi expert correspondence method to conduct two rounds of expert correspondence with 18 experts,so as to form the final version of the continuous nursing quality evaluation system for liver transplant recipients,and use analytic hierarchy process(AHP)Calculate the weight and combination weight of each index,and determine the definition and evaluation method of threelevel index by literature method and group discussion method.ResultThe index system includes 3 primary indicators,11 secondary indicators and 49 tertiary indicators.The effective recovery rates of the expert questionnaire of the two rounds of expert consultation were 100% and 94.44% respectively,the expert authority coefficients were 0.90 and 0.91 respectively,and the expert coordination coefficients were 0.413 and 0.457 respectively.The enthusiasm and authority of the experts were high,and the expert opinions tended to be consistent after the two rounds of correspondence.The index weight set by AHP analytic hierarchy process is scientific and reasonable,the CR value is < 0.1,which meets the consistency test,and the calculated weight is consistent.The weight of primary index is: structure quality0.3177,process quality 0.3372,result quality 0.3451.All indexes at all levels pass the consistency test,and the CR value is < 0.10.Through literature review and group discussion,the name,definition and evaluation method of each index are explained.ConclusionsThe index system consists of 3 firstlevel indicators,11 secondlevel indicators and49 thirdlevel indicators;the effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation are 100% and 94.44% respectively,and the expert authority coefficient(Cr)is 0.9 and 0.91 respectively.The coordination coefficients of experts are 0.413 and 0.457 respectively.The analytic hierarchy process determines the index weight and combination weight at all levels.The weight of the firstlevel index is: structure quality 0.3177,process quality 0.3372,result quality 0.3451,all levels of indicators pass the consistency test,CR value < 0.10.Through literature review and group discussion,the definition,time node,evaluation tool and result interpretation standard of each evaluation index are determined.
