ObjectivesCompared modified posterior lumbar interbody fusion with percutaneous endoscopic lumbar fusion through the observation indexes and the early clinical effects of the two surgical methods in the treatment of single-segment lumbar I °spondylolisthesis with spinal stenosis;Analysing their respective possible advantages of the two surgical methods;Methods1.A retrospective analysis of 35 patients with single-segment lumbar I °spondylolisthesis and spinal stenosis who underwent surgical treatment in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020.They were divided into observation groups according to different surgical methods.(Endo-PLIF group)17 cases and control group(MPLIF group)18 cases;2.Statistics of the operation time, the number of intraoperative fluoroscopy, postoperative hemoglobin(HGB)changes, postoperative drainage, hospitalization days, treatment costs, and SF-MPQ scores at each time point before and after surgery,ODI score and JOA function score and other indicators;Results1.The two groups of patients had no statistical difference(P>0.05)after statistical comparison on preoperative data such as gender, age, surgical segment, pain and functional score, and they were comparable;2.The comparison between the groups showed that the two surgical methods had illustrious differences in the SF-MPQ pain score,ODI evaluation scores, and JOA evaluation scores at 1 day after operation and 14 days after operation(P<0.05);In terms of SF-MPQ pain score,ODI score, and JOA score at 30 days and 90 days after surgery,no statistical difference was found after statistical comparison(P>0.05);the results of comparison within the group showed that each time point after surgery was compared with that before surgery.Comparing the two surgical methods, there are significant statistical differences in SF-MPQ pain score,ODI score, and JOA score(P<0.05);3.The operation time,Postoperative drainage, the number of intraoperative fluoroscopy, postoperative HGB changes, hospitalization days and treatment costs between the two groups were statistically tested, and there were significant statistical differences(P<0.05);4.During the operation and follow-up period of the two groups of patients,a total of 3 patients had postoperative complications. The symptoms disappeared after treatment;Conclusions1.Both MPLIF and Endo-PLIF have significant effects in the early observation of single-segment lumbar Ⅰ°spondylolisthesis with spinal stenosis;2.Endo-PLIF surgery has advantages over MPLIF for early postoperative pain relief and functional recovery, but the overall effect of the surgery is not significant;3.The Endo-PLIF group was conspicuously better than the MPLIF group when comes to hospitalization days, postoperative drainage, and postoperative hemoglobin changes;the MPLIF group had advantages over the Endo-PLIF group in terms of operation time, intraoperative fluoroscopy, and treatment costs;...
