Background:The latest research have shown that there is a correlation between free fatty acids and the incidence of coronary heart disease, but there are few studies on the correlation between free fatty acids and the degree of coronary artery disease, and even fewer in patients with acute myocardial infarction, and the current research results are more difficult.big controversy. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the association of plasma free fatty acids with the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Method:A total of 193 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology,China-Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University due to chest tightness and chest pain from 2019 to 2021 were selected. All these patients underwent emergency coronary angiography and fasting plasma free fatty acids and blood lipids were detected within 12 hours after admission.1.Calculate the Gensini score and the number of coronary artery lesions of each patient according to the results of coronary angiography, and group them according to the number of coronary artery lesions: one coronary artery disease is a single-vessel disease group, and two or more coronary artery lesions are a group of single-vessel disease.Multivessel disease group.2.Collect and record the basic clinical data, plasma free fatty acid profile, coronary angiography results of all subjects, and analyze the relationship between free fatty acid and Gensini score and coronary artery disease branch.3.The factors with differences between the two groups were analyzed by binary logistic regression, and the correlation between Gensini integral and free fatty acid was analyzed.Through the above studies, the correlation between free fatty acids and the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with acute myocardial infarction was obtained.Result:(1)The average age of the patients in the multivessel disease group was62.80±11.27,and the average age of the patients in the single-vessel disease group was 57.96±11.69.The age of the patients in the multivessel disease group was higher than that of the patients in the singlevessel disease group, and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)The content of lauric acid(C12:0)in the single-vessel disease group was21.00 nmol/ml(16.00 nmol/l,27.00 nmol/ml),and the content of lauric acid(C12:0)in the multi-vessel disease group was 17.00 nmol/ml(12.00nmol/ml).ml,22.00 nmol/ml),the lauric acid in the single-vessel disease group was higher than that in the multi-vessel disease group, and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)Logistic regression analysis showed that age was positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease, and was an independent risk factor for the severity of coronary artery disease(P=0.013,B=0.035,OR=1.036,95%,CI 1.007-1.065);age was controlled for After the influence of factors, lauric acid(C12:0)was negatively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease, and was an independent protective factor for the degree of coronary artery disease(P=0.015,B=-0.046,OR=0.955,95%CI 0.920-0.991).(4)Linolenic acid(C18:3)was negatively correlated with Gensini score(P<0.05,r=-0.155),and docosahexaenoic acid/arachidonic acid(DHA/AA)was positively correlated with Gensini score(P<0.05),r=0.154)Conclusion:the patients with acute myocardial infarction in this investigation, linolenic acid(C18:3)was negatively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease, and DHA/AA was positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease;after controlling for age variables, lauric acid(C12: 0)was negatively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease, and suggested that it was an independent protective factor for the degree of coronary artery disease. The results of this study suggest that linolenic acid(C18:3),DHA/AA,and lauric acid(C12:0)may predict the severity of coronary artery disease...
