Comparison Of Open Reduction And Internal Fixation With Limited Internal Fixation Combined With External Fixation In The Treatment Of Comminuted Pilon Fracture Of Tibia

Objective: By analyzing the clinical efficacy of limited internal fixation combined with external fixation and open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of pilon fractures,it provides an effective reference for the selection of surgical methods for the clinical treatment of severe Pilon fractures.Methods: The experiment is a case-control study,divided into an observation group and a control group.The observation group selected patients from September 2019 to January 2022 in our hospital for limited internal fixation combined with external fixator surgery,while the control group selected patients from our hospital from September 2019 to January 2022 for incision Reduction and internal fixation treatment.The postoperative treatment of the two groups of patients was recorded,and we followed up for 6 months in both groups,and used the American Foot and Ankle Surgeon Association Ankle-hindfoot Score（AOFAS）to evaluate the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.ScoreConclusion: Both open reduction and internal fixation and limited internal fixation combined with external fixation can achieve the standard of fracture healing in the treatment of severe Pilon fractures of the tibia,and the results are satisfactory.Limited internal fixation combined with external fixation can significantly reduce postoperative complications.Clinicians can choose a reasonable individualized plan according to the specific situation.
