Objective:This study intends to investigate the relationship between the triglyceride-glucose index and spontaneous recanalization of infarct-related artery blood flow in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods: A total of 227 patients with acute STEMI were selected from January2018 to December 2018 and underwent coronary angiography.According to the results, they were divided into spontaneous recanalization group(65 cases)and non-spontaneous recanalization group(162 cases).Collection of two groups of patients’ age, gender, smoking, drinking, hypertension, body mass index, lesion blood vessel counts, the infarction related blood vessels, systolic blood pressure, heart rate, left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, white blood cell count, hemoglobin level, fasting plasma glucose levels, serum creatinine levels, high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels, total cholesterol level, triglyceride level, apolipoprotein A1 level, apolipoprotein B level, etc. The results of coronary angiography were recorded, and Ty G index and Gensini score were calculated. The collected data were analyzed with IBM SPSS26.0 software, and P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: 1.There were 227 STEMI patients who met the inclusion criteria,65 patients with spontaneous recanalization in the infarct-related artery, and 162 patients with non-spontaneous in the infarct-related artery. The spontaneous recanalization rate was 28.6%.2.Comparison of data between the two groups2.1 SR group(65 persons): aged between 40 and 83 years, with an average age of62.7±10.2 years; There were 36 males(55.4%)and 29 females(44.6%).38 smokers(58.5%);18 people(27.7%)drank alcohol;36 patients(55.4%)had hypertension.2.2 NSR group(162 persons): aged between 39 and 82 years, with an average age of60.9±9.2 years; There were 97 males(59.9%)and 65 females(40.1%);83 smokers(51.2%);52 people(32.1%)drank alcohol;68 patients(51%)had hypertension.2.3 Compare the data of the two groups of patients with spontaneous recanalization:The white blood cell count, fasting plasma glucose,Gensini score,Ty G index of the two group was statistically significant(P<0.05),there were no significant differens in other indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).Taking statistically significant factors(P<0.05)as independent variables and spontaneous recanalization as dependent variables,Logistic multifactor regression analysis showed that the triglyceride-glucose index(OR=3.145,95%CI=1.941-5.096,P<0.05)and white blood cell count(OR=1.164,95%CI=1.047-1.295,P< 0.05)were the influencing factors of spontaneous recanalization of infarct-related artery in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.3.Spearman correlation analysis was performed on the triglyceride-glucose index and Gensini score. The results showed that the triglyceride-glucose index was positively correlated with Gensini score(rs = 0.226,P = 0.001).Conclusion :1.The spontaneous recanalization rate of infarct-related arteries in STEMI patients was 28.6%;2.White blood cell count and triglyceride-glucose index are independent influencing factors of spontaneous recanalization of infarct-related artery in STEMI patients;3.Triglyceride-glucose index was positively correlated with coronary Gensini score.
