Imaging Evaluation Of Flexibility With Secondary Kyphosis To Thoracolumbar Fracture （Logistic Regression Analysis）

ObjectiveThe age,gender,fracture location and other information of patients diagnosed with thoracolumbar fracture in Fuyang People’s Hospital in recent 2 years were collected and analyzed by Logistic regression to analyze the related factors affecting the flexibility of middle-aged and elderly patients with thoracolumbar fracture secondary to kyphosis,so as to guide and improve the relevant clinical treatment methods.Further understanding of secondary kyphosis caused by thoracolumbar fracture in middle-aged and elderly.MethodsAccording to fuyang city people’s hospital of hospital medical record system to collect during June 2019 to June 2021 diagnosis for patients with fracture of thoracic and lumbar fractures,and by incorporating and rest after exclusion criteria,30 patients with conform to the research of the 30 cases of senile thoracic lumbar fractures retrospectively analyzed secondary protrusion deformity after the clinical data of patients,male 5 cases and female 25 cases,1∶5 ratio of the male to female,and the age distribution ranged from 51 to 87 years old,with the highest incidence over 60 years old.The local Kyphosis Cobb Angle（LKCA）and the flexibility of kyphosis secondary to thoracolumbar fracture in the elderly were measured by press-compression CT positioning image in prone position and full-length lateral spine X-ray in standing position.Age,gender,fracture location,course of disease,degree of vertebral height loss,Kummell’s disease,degree of disc degeneration of lumbar lordosis（LL）and thoracic klordosis of fractured vertebrae were analyzed Kyphosis,TK)and Sagittal vertical axis（SVA）data.Single-factor correlation analysis was used for continuity data,variance analysis was used for discontinuity data.And multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze various indexes related to flexibility.To further clarify the degree of correlation between each factor and flexibility of thoracolumbar fracture secondary kyphosis in the elderly.ResultsThe results obtained by univariate correlation analysis,variance analysis,multiple linear regression analysis and other analysis methods show that the kyphosis Angle,SVA and Kummell’s disease of the prone position compression CT positioning image are related to the flexibility of kyphosis studied in this paper.Moreover,the LKCA Angle of compression CT positioning image in prone position is the most significant correlation factor affecting the flexibility of kyphosis secondary to thoracolumbar fracture in the elderly.Preoperative collection,measurement and statistics of these indicators can be predicted to a certain extent in patients with spinal convex flexibility,after in-depth on senile protrusion deformity after thoracic lumbar fractures secondary to the understanding,and to provide for the establishment of the procedures the certain guiding sense,can be degraded treatment with surgery when conditions permit,make the patients is relatively less surgical trauma,achieve better therapeutic effect.ConclusionThe results obtained by univariate correlation analysis,variance analysis,multiple linear regression analysis and other analysis methods show that the kyphosis Angle,SVA and Kummell’s disease of the prone position compression CT positioning image are related to the flexibility of kyphosis studied in this paper.Moreover,the LKCA Angle of compression CT positioning image in prone position is the most significant correlation factor affecting the flexibility of kyphosis secondary to thoracolumbar fracture in the elderly.Preoperative collection,measurement and statistics of these indicators can be predicted to a certain extent in patients with spinal convex flexibility,after in-depth on senile protrusion deformity after thoracic lumbar fractures secondary to the understanding,and to provide for the establishment of the procedures the certain guiding sense,can be degraded treatment with surgery when conditions permit,make the patients is relatively less surgical trauma,achieve better therapeutic effect.
