An Investigation On The Distribution Characteristics Of Modal Adverbs In Spoken Korean

Adverbs are modifiers that show behavior or state characteristics in a sentence.They are used to modify verbs,adjectives,other adverbs or whole sentences,to express concepts such as time,place,degree and method,so as to make the sentence more vivid and easy for people to understand and communicate with each other.In the study of Korean traditional grammar and elementary grammar,scholars have fully studied the definition,nature and classification of Korean adverbs,which has been widely recognized by the academia.But in actual day-to-day use adverbs compared to other modifier,you can add or delete at any time according to the intention of the speaker’s words and ideas,or change its position,use a more flexible,simple syntax research theory cannot cover the actual characteristics of pragmatics,professor in Korean speaking and learning level there is a certain difficulty.Based on the results of previous studies,most of the previous studies on Korean adverbs were based on written expressions,with emphasis on the classification of adverbs.Based on the spoken language corpus,this paper focuses on the study of the special usage rules of adverbs in spoken language and the pragmatic features of their actual use.Adverbs in the form of adverbs are adverbs that modify action verbs,which indicate their states and attributes.They are of various types and are used frequently.In the study of traditional grammar,compared with the adverbs of time and place,the adverbs of the form are subject to a certain degree of syntactic constraints.They generally appear in the sentence and precede the verb.The use position is relatively fixed and the mobility in the sentence is also relatively weak.However,the use of modal adverbs in spoken language is abundant,and the frequency of occurrence is very high.The position and mobility of the adverbs in the sentence are different from those in the written language.So far,the research on the actual pragmatic characteristics of adverbs of morphology is still a research blank in the academic field.Therefore,this article selects the adverbs as the research object,and uses the statistical analysis method in statistics.First,the usage frequency of the adverbs in the spoken corpus is counted.More than 160 modal adverbs are used to calculate the position of these modal adverbs in the sentence,that is,the situation is that it is located at the beginning of the sentence,at the end of the sentence,and is used independently.Furthermore,25 modal adverbs with a usage rate of more than 50 times are selected to judge and count the nature of the verses that appear before and after them.Finally,it analyzes the flexibility and mobility of mode adverbs in spoken language,compares the position and mobility of mode adverbs in written language,and reveals the unique usage rules of mode adverbs in spoken Korean.The purpose of this paper is to study the distribution characteristics of modal adverbs in spoken Korean,that is,the frequency and position of use,and the mobility of commonly used modal adverbs,so as to promote the interaction and communication among Korean language learners to some extent,and to provide some help for the future Korean language learning and teaching.
