Yang Jiang is a splendid academic writer in Chinese Contemporary Literature History.People are obsessed with her well-traveled life,admire her personality cultivation of free-loving,cannot help laughing because of humorous words and sobbing for pure and ardent emotions.Her prose is quiet and profound.Yang Jiang’s prose,whether tracing back past people and events,or asking about the destiny of the afterlife,reveals a kind of spirituality.This kind of spirituality shows Yang Jiang’s unique life,infuses her prose with deep emotion,and also makes her write in a plain tone,giving people a quiet and endless aesthetic feeling.It can be said that spirituality runs through all of Yang Jiang’s life writing,making her works send out a unique charm.On the basis of referring to the existing academic achievements,this paper takes the prose text of Yang Jiang as the main research object,and explores Yang Jiang’s intelligence,her intelligent way of writing and Yang Jiang’s prose through the close reading of the text,horizontal comparison and the analysis of the theme involved.This paper is divided into three chapters:The first chapter mainly explains the connatation and cause of Yang Jiang’s "intelligent view".In Yang Jiang’s view,spiritual conscience is the essential attribute of human beings;spiritual conscience has both a noble side--constant self-improvement and a common side--common compromises;spiritual conscience has the characteristics of intelligence and sensibility.Spiritual conscience is the essence of Yang Jiang’s philosophy of spiritual supremacy and hardship is a blessing.These characteristics of spiritual conscience had a fundamental impact on the focus of Yang Jiang’s prose writing,subject selection and subject implication and so on.In terms of Yang Jiang’s spiritual causes,family and Chinese and Western culture had an important influence on Yang Jiang’s spiritual creation.The experience of life in the turbulent background of history adds weight and value to this aura.The second chapter explains the spiritual expression of Yang Jiang’s prose in the theme implication: the ingenious treatment of the suffering theme of The Cultural Revolution,the spiritual description of the characters such as relatives and friends and the little people,and the questioning and thinking of the ultimate proposition of life.Away from the historical background of The Cultural Revolution,she focuses on the individual trivial life;instead of complaining,she silences;instead of crying,she smiles.Different from Ding Ling’s direct and Ba Jin’s plain,but her prose also relieves the bloody cruel of The Cultural Revolution and showed readers a real aspect of The Cultural Revolution at the same time.In the memory of the characters,the author molds some sincere family and friends and honest ordinary people’s characters.In the last years,her spiritual pen is explored to the ultimate question of life and death and how to survive.The third chapter explains the strategies and methods of writing spirituality in Yang Jiang’s prose.The colloquial,idiom and dialect cast the plain language characteristics,and with suchlanguage characteristics to carry profound feelings and philosophical thinking,it may be said that the most gorgeous return to plain.Using witty narrative tones and clever rhetoric to create humor,and then using humor to break down the barriers of suffering,which is another way of expressing spiritual writing.The dream writing creates the confused state of "Chuang Chou Dreaming a Butterfly".Located in humble invisibility cloak is the key to see the world the truth,using curtains to shade is her hiding wisdom;looking on coldly in order to record objective truth,the most pleasant stealth is in book sea roam willfully.The hiding is a way to the spiritualism.Independent and free stealth stand of the choice,the plain use of life language,the humor with bitter show the author’s understanding of the world,let readers in hiding to see confide,plain to see gorgeous,smiling face to see tears.
