| In recent years,the imaginary landscape oil paintings have been increasingly presented in the major art exhibitions.This has formed unique landscape,which makes a dedicated research on this topic necessary.The emergence of "imagery" in landscape oil paintings not only reflects the inheritance and widespread dissemination of Chinese traditional culture and national spirit,but also enriches the expression language of contemporary Chinese landscape oil paintings and forms endless vitality into contemporary landscape oil paintings.Based on the analysis of the current status of the performance of imagery landscape oil paintings,this article is aimed at analyzing the application of “Minus” method on imagery landscape oil paintings.Three dimensions have been discussed,from the cultural thinking in practice,the rhythm in the painting to the application“Minus” methods.To supplement the research outcome,learning and sharing from the author’s personal practice experience is also introduced.Focus on the image landscape oil painting,the critical item to push forward “minus” methods is analyzed through studying other professional’s art work,together with the author’s own experiences.Subjectivity of comprehensive materials and techniques,it is particularly important to explore the contingency of materials and techniques in creation and the line and surface,color processing and form rhythm in the picture.At the same time,the author tries to stand on the shoulders of the masters,use different materials and techniques to make the works of art better express their own feelings,express their concern and understanding for life,It is of great significance to deepen the contemporary understanding and perception of traditional culture,and gradually form their own cultural point of view and aesthetic angle in practice,so as to achieve a self breakthrough and innovation with their own oil painting language.In the continuous creative practice,the author has integrated the traditional Chinese cultural spirit into imagery landscape oil paintings and gradually found a painting languageof "Minus" method that combines western oil painting art and Chinese traditional imagery thinking. |
