| Hanfeizi,as the representative of the excellent theoretical essays in the pre Qin period of China,plays an important role in the whole academic history.Although most of the studies on Hanfeizi have been focused on the political and ideological aspects,with the introduction of western thoughts in modern times,Hanfeizi’s achievements in logical thinking have gradually been known by the academic community.Throughout the whole history of Chinese literary criticism,Han Feizi has always been famous for its strict logic and eloquent argument.However,just because the ancients were used to the reasoning mode dominated by analogical reasoning,the illogical parts in Han Fei’s works were rarely mentioned.Therefore,this paper mainly starts from the original text of Hanfeizi,using the method of intensive reading,to explore the relationship between Chinese learning and logic of Korean.Under the special historical background of the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period,the thought of Mingbian flourished.Hanfeizi inherits and develops the existing argumentation mode,pushing the theory of form and name and the theory of Pre-Qin contradiction to the peak.But even so,Hanfeizi is hard to escape from the inherent stereotype.During the argumentation,most of them are limited to the Bixing thinking and the image number thinking in the Chinese thinking tradition.Therefore,in the reasoning practice,the daily examples in the natural life are more selected to simulate the human and social phenomena,so as to reflect the strong reasoning mode of helping others and pushing the same thing as me,which eventually leads to the literary expression in Hanfeizi.There are some faults and splits in the way and logic of argument.Therefore,the common logic errors such as subjective one-sided,improper analogy,confusion of cause and effect are embodied in Hanfeizi’s text.The literary expression is realized at the expense of a certain degree of logic rationality.At the same time,Han Fei has made a breakthrough in the debate on the basis of inheriting the previous way of argument,making a great use of metaphor,analogy and parallelism It has become an important source of Sinology of Han Fei’s argumentation;the creation and concise expression of typical characters have become the representative and typical of later narratives;and the rich and diverse materials of fables have made an important reference for the source and selection of later literary themes.The unity of argumentation and literature makes Hanfeizi’s articles have an important positive effect on the later literature,especially the argumentation.In the early Han Dynasty,the political papers of Jia Yi,Chao Cu O and so on have obvious traces of Hanfeizi’s argumentation.In the Tang and Song Dynasties,Hanfeizi became a model for scholars to emulate,which greatly influenced the later political paper creation 。Based on the summary of the characteristics of Hanfeizi’s argumentation,this paper points out that the outstanding characteristics of Hanfeizi are that it uses a lot of fables,draws materials from existing literature for artistic processing,and opposes the realistic standard of nihility.In the aspect of stylistics,Hanfeizi has made outstanding contributions to the "difficult" and "saying" styles;in the aspect of logic,Hanfeizi,as an important work connecting the past and the future,inspires the further development of logic in later generations.In addition,Hanfeizi enriches the library of Chinese literature and art in terms of language expression,and also provides a reference for the development and evolution of later novels.The main innovation of this paper is to break the previous rigorous evaluation of Han Fei’s argument.By introducing the concept of Western rational logic and combining with the Chinese native way of thinking,this paper discusses the argument of Hanfeizi rationally by means of text interpretation.From the perspective of argumentation and literature,this paper systematically and dialectically views the reasoning of Hanfeizi,and points out that although they have certain opposites from the perspective of pure logic,they are highly unified under the local mode of thinking.The contribution of Hanfeizi in artistic characteristics,stylistics and logics has a great impact on later generations. |
