In November 2011,at the international forum of Chinese New Year woodblock prints,Feng Jicai first proposed the concept of the era after the inscription,that is,the era after the inscription of the inscription.Scholar Gao Xiaokang also pointed out that China’s practice of protection of non-cultural heritage has entered a post-cultural heritage application period focusing on how to protect it scientifically.As the popularity of intangible cultural heritage continues to rise,the focus of discussion is on what measures should be taken to effectively protect it.Then,what methods are adopted in the existing protection of the intangible cultural heritage,which communication subjects are involved,what contents are included in the communication practice of these communication subjects,the existing problems and the solutions,this will be the focus of this article to explore the issue.Based on this premise,this paper takes the dissemination practice of Mudong folk song as a case study,takes the folk custom dissemination as the research angle of view,through the interview method,the participation observation method,unifies the literature analysis,this paper probes into the main bodies of Mudong folk songs and the problems existing in their communication practice,so as to analyze the communication countermeasures of Mudong folk songs,and on this basis,combining the existing research and the general situation of the national non-genetic communication practice,intangible cultural heritage offers practical advice on how to spread the word.The main findings of this study are summarized as follows:1)With the change of social context,the transmission environment of Mudong folk songs has also changed greatly.Among the group aged 20 to 40,few people can sing Mudong folk songs,and the transmission of folk songs between two and three generations is becoming less and less The atmosphere of folk songs is gradually disappearing,which brings serious problems of inheritance;2)The low media literacy of non-hereditary persons makes the non-hereditary Culture’s Communication Channel Unitary,mainly completes the cultural communication through the scene performance;3)The non-hereditary people were onlyagricultural laboring people at the beginning,and their cultural quality was low,which made it difficult to create and innovate Mudong folk songs;4)In the process of spreading Mudong folk songs,except for the government and non-hereditary inheritor,the participation of non-governmental organizations is low,and they have not played their role;5)The government played a major role in the dissemination of Mudong folk songs,but it only solved the problem of the dissemination of dissemination,not the problem of the inheritance of smriti.According to the findings of the study,the author,from the three dimensions of government,non-hereditary inheritors and non-governmental organizations,in view of the current situation of the dissemination of the national non-hereditary heritage project in Mudong,puts forward the following suggestions: First,using new media to build a platform,from front to back,exploit the personality story to spread;secondly,to build the brand and to mold the famous persons;thirdly,to manage the project professionally,to improve the competitiveness of the project by solving the work problems;finally,We will strengthen exchanges and cooperation between government and non-governmental organizations,provide more display platforms and economic support for non-governmental organizations,and encourage the importation and exportation of talents from both sides.Efficient communication is of great importance to the long-term development of the culture of non-cultural heritage,which requires the adoption of appropriate communication methods.According to the research findings,the author puts forward the following suggestions based on the communication practice of Mudong folk songs: First,to build a platform for non-heritage exhibition,to build a fixed place for non-heritage cultural communication and performance Or the combination of tourism and tourism will be combined to attract more funds for intangible cultural heritage development;secondly,the development of non genetic communication channels,giving full play to the government’s role in promoting the development of online communication,finally,the author thinks that the protection of non-genetic material should inject more economic power,develop the economic value of non-genetic material and cooperate with related enterprises.
