In this paper,the creation of urban theme prints to carry out analysis and research.This paper mainly combines theoretical research and creative practice,through a large number of image comparison,mining different visual recording methods from different dimensions and perspectives.This paper analyzes and discusses the image creation form and idea of "city" in print,and then understands the artists’ understanding of "city" as the fruit of human civilization in different ages.The paper is composed of three parts.The first part is the cultural image of the city.It expounds the "city" in the history of art,the most significant symbolic characteristics of the city in the past,the present and the future,so as to have an impact on artists’ creation with the city as the motif.The second part is based on the previous research and data analysis,and summarizes the creation rules of various creation methods of urban theme print.The third part is the thinking and Inspiration of urban creation,through the study of the visual recording method of human civilization development coexistence "city",as well as the analysis of viewing angle.Let’s rethink the relationship between civilization and nature,between man and things,between man and man,and between man and the future,so as to arouse the perception and spiritual resonance beyond the boundaries of time and space and cultural context.And then inspired the author’s painting creation,that is,I think,so I am,the city in my heart and the author’s understanding of lithography.As an important visual carrier and subject matter in print art,"city" has a very important research value in contemporary print.At present,there are few researches focusing on this topic in China.This paper attempts to make a theoretical supplement for print by combing the evolution and development of urban theme print creation.
