Research On Music Teacher Training System Under The Background Of National Certification Standards

Throughout the development history of the past two decades,many countries around the world have vigorously implemented educational reform,mainly to improve the educational environment and teaching results,so that the students trained by schools can occupy a place in the global competition tide.For our country,it is one of the powerful measures to optimize the teaching environment and improve the teaching quality.In order to carry out and implement the party’s 19 big spirit,cultivate high quality teachers,and to ensure the quality of teachers is the development of high quality,"difference" will continue into the planning of teachers team construction,which means that the state of teachers’ quality and more attention to teachers’ professional skills and artistic accomplishment to become the compulsory subject of teaching.In 2017,“ the implementation of the Measures for the Accreditation of Normal Specialty in Colleges and Universities(Interim)”(the Measures)showed that the state began to pay attention to the quality of teachers,and teachers began to accept comprehensive evaluation.Colleges and universities practice the concept of quality-oriented education and comprehensive education,and music plays a positive role in promoting students’ aesthetic appreciation,musical sense,interest and thinking innovation,which has been recognized by all parties.Based on the background of "Teachers Professional Certification",this paper makes a comparative study by comparing the current training types and modes of teachers’ professional talents,and tries to make the talent training mode of music education in colleges and universities highly fit with the national certification standards.The cultivation of the talent of music education is a sign of China’s cultural prosperity and development,our country higher normal music education in the field of culture,can be roughly divided into three categories,namely professional music colleges and normal universities,colleges and universities and comprehensive universities benefited from national policy,higher education is carried out in full swing,music art presents a state of prosperity,In 2016,the number of professional music colleges and universities increased by 2,and the number of music schools and departments exceeded 1,000.Professional art colleges,normal colleges and comprehensive universities all have specialized music majors.One point that should be emphasized is that normal colleges,professional art schools and so on have special music major,the development momentum can be seen.Higher music talent training mechanism system tends to perfect.This study chooses the music education talent cultivation in normal colleges as the starting point of the thesis and discusses the teacher education strategy under the framework of national professional certification.Certification of start,college teachers cultivating plan should with certification standards for reference,for through certification,meet the national requirements,the professional music college teacher training with comprehensive university of music education major in the same starting line,professional music colleges and universities in the normal need to firmly grasp the reform opportunity,play the natural advantages of professional colleges,During the period of self-evaluation,we should be in line with the national certification,and constantly close to the national standard.We should design and optimize the training plan in combination with the requirements of certification,so that normal university students can not only learn knowledge,but also apply it to teaching practice,so as to ensure the quality of teacher training.
