Ludwig van Beethoven composed 32 piano sonatas from 1792 to 1822,which is called the "New Testament" in piano music.In the process of creation,he not only inherited the classical style of Haydn,Mozart and other predecessors,but also integrated his own colorful inner feelings and exploration and perception of nature,history and society into the creation of sonata,he created the piano sonatas which become the pinnacle of the times and laid a solid foundation for the development of piano art,they were widely used in piano performance and teaching.Beethoven’s Piano Sonata No.13(Op.27 No.1),created between 1801 and 1802,is a sonata with the style of fantasia.The composer combines the free imagination of fantasia with the rigorous standard of sonata,focuses his creation on the last movement,breaks through the restriction of the movement on sonata,and with his extraordinary music inspiration and rich imagination of sound effects,he fully demonstrates his tenacious will to fight against adversity through novel and exaggerated creative techniques,the sonata has a certain romantic tendency,it shows that Beethoven’s inner world has moved towards a broader situation.This paper takes Beethoven’s Piano Sonata No.13(Op.27 No.1)as the research object,analyzes its creation background and music form.From the perspective of piano teaching,combined with the author’s performance perception and teaching experience,this paper studies how to grasp this work from the technical point of view,so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for teachers and performers.
