On The Inheritance And Development Of Contemporary Chinese Figure Painting Composition

The composition innovation of contemporary Chinese figure painting is reflected in the long-term integration of Chinese and Western art,resulting in a variety of composition styles.Traditional Chinese figure painting pays attention to freehand brushwork,and the depiction of figure modeling is mostly straightforward.With Xu Beihong,Jiang Zhaohe and others introducing western painting into China and transforming the current situation of Chinese painting,Chinese painters began to gradually combine Chinese and Western painting,so that the figure painting modeling is more accurate and the composition pattern is more diverse.Contemporary Chinese painting figure composition is developed on the basis of inheriting traditional painting and integrating western composition language.Contemporary Chinese painting aims to grasp the spirit of the times,reflect the real life and the style of the times of excellent works,need to be open-minded to deal with the integration of Chinese and Western art,enhance creative ability.In the specific process of painting creation,composition is the main point of painting.Based on the integration and mutual learning of traditional Chinese figure painting composition and Western figure painting composition,it provides diversified composition methods of blending Chinese and western for Contemporary Chinese figure painting composition.This paper mainly explores the figure composition of contemporary Chinese painting from three aspects: the six major schools of Chinese painting,the previous national art exhibitions,and the national major historical theme art creation.Jinling painting school,Zhejiang painting school,Lingnan Painting School,Beijing Tianjin painting school,Haihai painting school and Chang’an painting school are the six major painting schools in the field of contemporary Chinese painting [1].These painting schools have been influenced by Western art to varying degrees.Through the analysis of the representative figure painters of various schools,the composition of their representative works,the social evaluation of the painters,and the important influence of the painting school,this paper aims to find the breakthrough point of the continuous innovation of the figure composition of Chinese painting in the era of communication between China and the West;11、The 12 th and 13 th National Art exhibitions can best reflect the level of contemporary figure painting.The proportion of figure painting has been rising in the exhibition.Some painters participating in the exhibition are not willing to stick to the previous composition basis and introduce western composition.Figure painting composition has become an important innovation in the contemporary national art exhibition;Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the field of culture and art has become increasingly prosperous.A large number of major historical theme art works have emerged,which can be called the classics of the times.Each work has profound artistic appeal and distinct spirit of the times.The integration of Western figure painting composition art also provides new composition inspiration for major historical theme art creation.Through the analysis of the composition of contemporary Chinese painting figures,there is a new thinking in the creation of figure painting.This paper aims to learn more theoretical knowledge related to the composition art of contemporary Chinese painting figure composition,draw on the previous composition methods,combined with their own characteristics,explore the law of composition form,looking for the source of inspiration.In the creation of continuous progress,constantly optimize their own ability,but also learn to organize the picture composition,and use this organization in the creation,sublimation figure painting composition.
