Research On The Construction Of Community Cultural Governance Community From The Perspective Of Recognition Theory

As the expansion of national governance in the cultural vision,cultural governance is not only an important means of cultural construction,but also a concentrated display of the inherent governance attributes of culture,seeking to optimize social governance with cultural power.The community cultural governance community is a pre-variable for the realization of community cultural governance.It helps to solve the exogenous problems of community endogenous order and subsidiary administration in the "post-unit era",so as to better cope with the complex trend of community public affairs,and In the complex background of the traditional acquaintance community and the contemporary atomic community,it condenses multiple subjects inside and outside the community to ease the tension between "civil society" and "nationalism".The community cultural governance community uses humanistic care and local aesthetics to build a public platform more accurately and flexibly,provide public products,improve public awareness,promote public participation,and realize community cultural construction and cultural-based"good governance".How to integrate the community of cultural governance has become an important proposition.The recognition model of "love,law and unity" proposed by the recognition theory combines humanistic care,legal rights,and social unity.It fits the multi-subject characteristics and governance dimensions of the community cultural governance community,and helps in the cultural spiritual level.At the inter-subject level,we should understand the emotional problems,value shortcomings,and broken relationships faced by the current community cultural governance.Acknowledge that both the theory and the cultural governance community are based on the essence of the spiritual level;both seek autonomy and the compatibility of the same;both focus on the upgrade from aggregation to platform.Using the recognition theory to examine the current relationship between the main bodies of community cultural governance in my country,re-identify the types of subjects and their roles in community cultural governance from both vertical and horizontal dimensions,and distinguish between the main capital gaps and the disparity between the main bodies and officials in community cultural governance.The prominent standard tendency,the "inverted T-shaped" individual pattern,the greater difference in gender discourse power,and the hierarchical structure and characteristics of interpersonal ties,outline the current community cultural governance with the government’s"domination and influence" as the main line.The "recognition and cooperation" is the auxiliary unbalanced recognition relationship and interactive relationship,and the governance subject pattern of "single-center governance,multi-node assistance".It summarizes the specific manifestations of the imbalance,such as excessive recognition,incomplete recognition,and indifferent recognition,and proposes that the reasons for this imbalance mainly come from three aspects:government functions,governance logic,and community space.From the seven perspectives of basic principles,institutional systems,cultural foundations,subject types,public participation,governance fields,and smart platforms,it proposes a path to consolidate various subjects,strengthen recognition and cooperation,and form a community cultural governance community,with a view to consolidating multiple parties The subject provides certain theoretical thinking for the practice of community cultural governance.
