Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Rural Public Cultural Service System In Xincuo Town,Fuqing City

Xincuo Town is a well-known hometown of overseas Chinese in my country.With the financial support of patriotic Chinese and overseas Chinese,the industrial construction and economic development of Xincuo Town have been developed by leaps and bounds.In recent years,while vigorously developing the economy,Xincuo Town has also paid more attention to the construction of a rural public cultural service system.Since 2016,Xincuo Town has successively built a number of characteristic cultural venues such as Xincuo Township Folk Museum,Xiangxian Museum,Native Soil Museum,Nostalgia Park,Donglou Cultural and Sports Activity Center,Jiangdou Three Residences,etc.,to form various types of cultures.There are 36 teams,and the Qiguizao Cultural Courtyard has won the national first-level township comprehensive cultural station,Fujian Province community education brand,Fujian Province social education advanced unit,Fuqing City’s establishment of national public cultural service system demonstration areas and other honorary titles.,It has well protected all kinds of tangible cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage,and has won unanimous recognition from all sectors of society.This study summarizes the existing research of experts and scholars,expounds the achievements of the construction of the rural public cultural service system of Xincuo Town,and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of its rural public cultural service system.These problems include:low utilization rate of public cultural infrastructure,public culture The quality of activities is low,the team of cultural talents is weak,and there is a large gap in cultural finance funds.This article also analyzes the reasons for these problems,including:insufficient understanding of the importance of cultural construction,insufficient understanding of the cultural needs of villagers,cultural heritage is not well protected,a single subject of public cultural service supply,and imperfect public cultural service operating mechanism.Finally,according to the relevant practices of Youxi County,Sanming City,Fujian Province,Pingyuan County,Dezhou City,Shandong Province,and Dinghai District,Zhoushan City,Zhejiang Province,it is proposed to strengthen the construction and management of cultural facilities,improve the public cultural demand expression mechanism,and encourage villagers’ cultural services.Suggestions on self-supply,promotion of "Internet+" public cultural service supply,strengthening of the construction of cultural talents,and establishment of a multicultural capital investment system.
