The Relationships Among Singing Technique,present Stage And Artistic Performance

The relationship of singing technique,present stage and artistic performance is inseparable.Through organizing the relationship among the three,we can effectively sort out the differences in the artistic expression of different singing styles on different stages.Here we choose three different versions of Performance Hulun Buir Prairie as an example,separately performed by three artists Burenbayar,Hanlei and Liao Changyong respectively.The three sing the same song from three different singing styles.The artistic expressions they present are different.Hence there are obvious differences in their performance stages.These differences create their own musical atmosphere and show different states in the presentation mode of artistic expression.Burenbeyar pays more attention to the “lingering charm”,which is avery important singing technique in ethnic singing.The author borrowed this technique and employed it at a graduation concert.For instance,the author delivered delicate articulation in a soft voice.The author,during the search of video material,found that Burenbayar sings such works more on the modern stage with the combination of a microphone,on-site lighting and stage design and that makes the singing effect particularly wonderful.The version sung by Liao Changyong more obviously embodys the use of resonance in cavity.The author studied the technique and put this technique into practice while performing.From the macro perspective,using cavity resonance to sing songs is one of the characteristics of bel canto singing.Bel canto singing originated from the West,and it is a singing method developed along with opera performance.The stage environment requires use of this resonance method to transmit the voice,so it is not affected by whether there is a microphone or not.Based on reviewing the videos of Liao Changyong,the author found that Liao Changyong employs this technique to sing such works more in music halls to impress the audience without a microphone.Liao Changyong purely won the applause with his rich and melodious voice line.The version by Han Lei is in a more free and easy way.The author often borrows this way during pop songs practice.The popular singing method uses electroacoustic amplification,which is different from the voice transmission method of bel canto folk singing.The singer can reduce theproportion of cavity to some extent.Compared with the concert hall stage which is supported by sound and electricity,the presentation of artistic expression is diversified.The performance in the music hall relies more on the singing content itself to present art.By searching the video materials,the author found that Hanlei performs such works more on modern stages with a combination of microphone,light and stage design.Hence his performance results are fully dynamic.Combined with the author’s personal performance experience,different stages and different audience have different contexts.The choice of art performance is affected by the performance stages.The choice of singing affects the way of artistic expression.
