Traditional opera is the essence of Chinese traditional culture,bearing the Chinese people’s emotional identity and aesthetic concept.The inheritance and development of opera plays an important role in traditional culture protection case.From a macro point of view,communication is the real power for the continuation development of opera,traditional opera keep seeking its own development approaches by using different media.The intervention and superposition of new media forms often bring new opportunities and challenges to opera.Opera has gone through the stage communication period,printing communication period,film and television communication period,it has entered a new and changeable era of network communication period.Today,the influence of the internet has gone into all aspects,and even to other fields,it even affects the way people communication and think.Therefore,it become crucial task for industry field and academic field to establish a new front of traditional Chinese opera,opera will be reintegrated into the daily life of the audience with the help of network technology.Admittedly,the industry and academia keep an positive attitude towards the development direction,but this is undoubtedly that the road is full of opportunities and challenges.On one hand,many advantages of the internet can provide condition for the innovative disseminative and modernization transformation of traditional Chinese opera,on the other hand,the change of communication concept and the diversification of entertainment ways in the network era further squeeze the development space of opera.We should think how to better use the internet to win audience for opera,to reverse the cruel reality that opera is gradually marginalized.The mobile internet technology promotes the media industry to make great strides towards the era of video expression.The concept of ’ no video,no communication ’and ’’content is king in social media’’ has become the common pursuit of the industry.’’Short video’’ is a carrier with the characteristics of lightweight,fragmentation and interactivity.’’Short video’’ is a media hotspot and it is undergoing rapid development,with the characteristics of simple production process,low production threshold and wide range of contents,’’Short video’’ caters to the audience’s personalized media contact habits that derived from the fast-paced lifestyle.I discuss the topic from the perspective of communication,analyze the origin,current situation and problems of the combination of traditional opera culture and short video.I try to find out the rulesof opera culture spread in the networked world.It is an inevitable choice for opera to spread by means of mobile short video to adapt to the media environment.The phenomenon of ’’short video of opera’’ also shows that opera is presenting itself to all of the audience with a sense of The Times.The paper is divided into five chapters.In the first chapter,I discusses the background and significance of the topic from two aspects of policy background and the survival state of opera,sort out and analyze the achievements and current situation of the study of opera network communication and mobile short video,put forward the core concepts of opera short video,and summarizes the research contents and methods of the paper.The second part briefly describes the communication process of opera film and television.I try to find the law of the communication of opera film and television from the historical context.The third and fourth mainly summarize the communication status and mechanism of “ short video of opera’’,I take Tik Tok platform as a typical case to analyze the innovation of opera culture communication in the sense of concept and practice.The fifth chapter focuses on summarizing the communication characteristics of “short video of opera”,points out the problems in the development of “short video of opera”,and tries to predict the future development trend of “short video of opera”.
