On The Uighur Translation Of Inferential Discourse In Modern Chinese

Discourse markers are a common way of expression in daily communication,its marking at the level of discourse helps to from the coherence of discourse,it can help the reader correctly grasp the speaker’s intention.This paper sorts out the definition,classification and function of inferential discourse marks.In classification,inferentail discourse markers are divided into four categories,thematic inferential discourse markers,objective inferential discourse markers,other inferential discourse marker,special inferentail discourse markers.This paper analyzes the translation of inferential discourse markers from two aspects:semantic relations and pragmatic functions.From a semantic perspective,this paper analyzers the five semantic relations of inference,summarization,condition and transition and their manifestations after translation and their manifestation after translation.From the perspective of pragmatics,this paper examines the dimensions of discourse markers in the process of establishing,changing and extending topics.From the perspective of interpersonal interaction,it also analyzes the functions of expressing attitude and position,seeking advice,persuasion,discourse prompt,warning and reminder,subjective assertion,seeking approval and blaming and complaining.Finally,the factors influencing the translation of inferential discourse markers and their optimization strategies are summarized...
