In recent years,the saturated market and fierce competition for talent have forced job seekers to amass education,a lot of expert,and superior skills to confirm that they’ll survive within the fierce competition.The result’s that the market has created a huge over-qualification development,with most extremely educated employees operating in jobs with lower thresholds,which means that they’re all operating in jobs that need less education,skills or talents,which suggests that the majority job seekers aren’t golf shot their full data,skills and talents to use and are in a very state of qualification redundancy.Overqualification refers to the perception that staff have a lot of knowledge,experience,skills,and talents than they have for the duty.Previous studies have shown that perceived overqualification will manufacture each positive and negative results,however a lot of investigations have favored the negative results of perceived overqualification,whereas the positive results of overqualification are polemical.Based on the idea of planned behavior,this study aims to research employees’ innovative behavior in terms of whether or not they will read their sense of overqualification in a very positive lightweight.By exploring the connection between the two,it will,to some extent,Change managers to acknowledge the advantages of hiring staff with a way of overqualification and therefore the importance of managing such staff well,and alter the previous negative perception that staff with a way of overqualification will bring losses to the corporate.On this basis,this study conducted an exploration on R&D personnel in IT trade by form methodology,and picked up 226 valid samples.AMOS23.0,Citespace V,and SPSS24.0 code were accustomed analyze the collected form knowledge,and therefore the following conclusions were acquired:(1)Perceived overqualification is considerably and completely associated with innovation behavior.(2)Innovation intention plays a part mediating role within the relationship between perceived overqualification and innovative behavior.(3)Locus of control don’t play a mitigatory role within the positive relationship between perceived overqualification and innovative behavior;loccus of control completely regulate the positive relationship between innovation intention and innovative behavior.To an exact extent,this study enriches the analysis on the influence mechanism of perceived overqualification on employees’ innovation behavior.At identification time,this study focuses on the potential positive impact of overqualification,which may draw managers’ attention to overqualified staff to an exact extent.Once there are overqualified staff in Associate in Nursing enterprise,so as to offer higher play to their initiative,managers ought to adopt corresponding management tools to strengthen the positive influence brought by overqualification to staff and increase the positive feeling brought by overqualification to staff,Thus on produce higher edges for the enterprise.
